(VERY SHORT CHAPTER)
(Y/n) POV
Me and Mike have heard about something going on in Hawkins after El got taken away and all I could think about was Eddie. After we found El we started to head back to Hawkins and when we were on the road we had to stop so El could help defeat Vecna.
After we got back to Hawkins we ran into almost everyone. We were all hugging and crying. I went over to Dustin to talk to him. "Dustin.. where is Eddie?" Dustin freezes and pulls me away from everyone. "(Y/n).." "Dustin! Don't you dare fucking tell me he's dead! He has to be alive. Damn it Dustin's he's alive right?!" Dustin sighs and grabs his guitar pick necklace and hands it me. I look at it and it's covered in blood.
I sit down on the ground and holds the necklace crying. Mike looks over at me and quickly comes over running. He sits down beside me and pulls me close to him rubbing my back as I cry. Nancy quickly comes when she sees us and instantly knew what had happened so she joins Mike in comforting me the best they could. After a while Nance drives us back to the house and I quickly go up to the room not wanting to talk to anyone. I lay down on my bed and starts to cry more. I whisper to myself "T-This is a dream right? I'll wake up and he will be right here beside me right?"
