I'm trying to remember this game/show 90% sure it was a game
It was the blue guy. His hands and feet would just float. And, he would go around helping people with puzzles. He would teleport to people (I think with his phone) And, there was this one guy pretending to be a girl. And, he wanted to take our information. He gets a jetpack at the end. I think he was helping this scient guy with getting a space rock. There was also this brain in a jar. And, when he sees it he says "I wonder who's brain this is."
