Eren's pov:
As I tell Levi that I think I'm having the babies he kinda panics a bit putting me in the nest gently , I realize that it was stupid to go to regular- cause for the omega to have less chance of dying both have to be in wolf, ITS FUCKING STUPID "Eren you have to change again" I hear Levi say in a soft tone that definitely didn't help "I know!" as I yelled angrily "Just leave okay! Outside!" I snap at Levi "Eren. . ." "NO, FUCKING GET OUT" Levi slowly walks out at my outburst I change back which Levi has already done
Without Levi there the pain slowly became unbearable for me, but I was fixed on the fact that I was angry at him. At what? I completely forgot, and after a couple hours the pain was constant.
Levi's pov:
A couple minutes after Eren sent me out I see Jean and he's walking over to me "Um, so Marco heard yelling and made me come out here . . .to check, uh- Why are you pacing" I stopped pacing and looked up at Jean "He sent me out a minute ago" I say this to the Alpha in front of me while I think back to the Alpha/Omega classes we took saying that your omega has a higher chance of dying if you're not there with them while they're giving birth.
"Marco go back inside" I hear someone say "Huh" I looked up "I don't want to" the omega whined, he looked tired, and seemed pretty determined to stay outside with his alpha. Which means he must be a friend of Eren's . . . Speaking of which, he hasn't called me back in or anything it's been a couple hours " I want to see Eren." The omega spoke up again "well I don't think you can Marco, so go back inside" Jean shaped " Marco can try to go in if he likes, but I haven't had much luck" I just want somebody to go check on him, see if Eren's okay "Marco. . . you need to lie down, and the pups." "Fine!" I watch as Marco storms back inside their den.
I hear A small scream come from our den and I rush inside " Eren?!?" I look at him he looks sweaty, his fur slightly slicked back from the sweat he's in the nest lying down with his eyes closed, and there's a pup next to him "Eren, please don't be dead". I nudge him a couple times in an effort to wake him up I see him slowly open his eyes "L-Levi I don't feel very g-good" "Eren" I rub my scent glands on Eren to calm him " you had one pup. are you feeling any better?" "Mhm"
Eren's pov:
An hour after I sent Levi out, I wasn't feeling very good, and I had thrown up 4 times. The contractions get to string for me to ignore, and I just decide to have the first pup which took half an hour. . . . Shortly after I fainted. The next thing I know someone's nudging my side I can only assume and hope its Levi. I open my eyes and see my worried alpha standing over me " L-Levi I don't feel good" "Eren" I hear the jet-black wolf standing above me say. He runs his neck on mine I inhale his scent the pain lessening, and effectively calming me. I watch as Levi goes over to the pup and sits behind me "you had s pup." " are you feeling better?" "Mhm" I shakily stand and turn around to clean the pup.
After a few minutes I get a stronger contraction, I lay down knowing that soon there will be six more pups in this nest. " Levi can you-ahh~" my breathing catches as the pain hits. I start pushing just wanting this to be over. Levi helps me through whispering into my ear as on babies born then another, and another, after an hour or so all seven pups are born. I'm exhausted, sweaty, but extremely happy. "Levi, I swear if we have more after this, I will kill your ass" " I love you too Eren"
As I struggle to keep my eyes open, I hear the small yawn come from one of the pups "Eren go the fuck to sleep I know that you're tired" "no I'm not" I yawned "mhm, right" Levi lies next to me, and I quickly fall asleep
(Time skip 3 years)
Levi's pov:
All of the pups are three and are a handful, I like to say that they are mini Eren's but they got a sharp tounge I have caught Kerigo swearing on multiple occasions. We're happy, and living well
