"And so, students, let's make this another great school year!"
The principal ended the opening ceremony with a bang.
Honestly. Rei sighed. How troublesome. At this point, school has ended and the various groups went their separate ways. Rei took his time leaving, watching the kids laugh and play around. It's not like he has much to go home to, and work doesn't begin until tomorrow.
"Kataro! Where ya going?"
"Sorry, I forgot my bag. I'll catch up!"
Rei looked up as Kataro entered the room. Kataro smiled, and Rei looked away, completely annoyed.
"Hello. . . Rei?"
"What is it that you want?" Rei snapped in reply.
"Why not come hang out with my friends and I?"
Kataro bent down to Rei's face. Rei turned his head away more, blushing furiously at how close they got. In reply to the question, Rei simply got up and walked away, leaving Kataro in a state of confusion.
*Kataro's P.O.V*
I ran my fingers through my hair. What was that? . . . Flirting with a guy. I'm so confused.
"A- hem."
Somebody cleared their throat behind me.
"Ah! . . . Oh, it's just you, Mr. Onizuka.". I put as much venom in my voice as possible. I don't know why, but when I see him, it makes me so angry. It has been this way since I saw how he looked at Rei, and Rei's reaction to it.
Smiling, almost sarcastically, Mr. Onizuka asked, "I didn't know you and Rei-kun were dating?"
"W-We're not."
"Oh, is that so?"
"Mhmm. . ."
"Well, then you won't mind if I take him for myself?"
I couldn't answer. Take Rei for himself? What is he saying?! Aren't they both guys?
Mr. Onizuka smirked and left me in a hazy fluster. What do I do?
