AN: I think that was a decent start...
Marinette POV:
I quickly ran into the bathroom. A red flash and I was Marinette again.
I dashed over to where Adrien had left me.
And I waited.
For 10 whole minutes.
Then the bell rang for our next class.
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
That was my chance and now it was gone. Curse you, hawkmoth, I said.
I trudged over to my next class, math. "Great. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse." I said
Adrien doesn't sit in front of me in math class, he actually sits behind me. Every once in a while I could feel his breath on my shoulder. It made me tingle.
At least I didn't sleep through math.
After the class, I walked over to the cafeteria, still cross about the past actions. "What's with the mood, Mari?" Alya asked. I gave myself a sympathy chuckle. "If I tell you, you won't believe me." I told her off.
"I'll listen," She said.
I grabbed some lunch and sat down at a table. Juleka, Rose and Alix were sitting there. "hey girls," I said with no enthusiasm whatsoever.
"Whats wrong?" Rose asked.
"You want to know?" I asked.
"Sure!" Rose said "If you're comfortable with it," She quickly added.
"Ok, I guess" I sighed and then started. "During our first class, I was staring at Adrien. He is so dreamy. I guess he was too dreamy because I gaped through the entire class." I said. "Once the class was finished, I woke up from my trance and everybody had already left. I quickly exited the classroom and found Adrien waiting at the door." I said.
Alya gasped. I gave a half hearted laugh.
"I am 100% sure that he was asking me on a date. He was about to and then a crash happened so he dashed away. That crash was from max when he got akumatized." I said.
"Once it was over, he didn't try to find me. And he still hasn't asked me out yet." I finished.
Alya gasped again. "We have to hook you up with him! You were so close!"
"I know... now I am so mad at Hawkmoth." I told her.
"Make sure you don't get akumatized!" Alya joked.
"Oh my gosh, you're right! I can't get akumatized. I have to stay strong." I said.
The thing is, she didn't understand. She didn't know I was ladybug and if I got akumatized, terrible things would happen.
After lunch we had 2 more classes. Nothing notable really happened as I was droopy from the earlier scenes. But after school, A miracle happened.
Adrien walked up to me. "Hi Marinette! I didn't get to finish our conversation earlier," He blushed. Suddenly his words came out stammered. "Do y-you want to... would it be okay if... Itookyoutothemoviestomorrow?" He blushed.
I was speechless. I knew this was going to happen eventually but I still wasn't ready. "Er- YES!" I said. Adrien laughed. "Ok, cool!" He said.
That was enough for me. I ran away giddy.
As soon as I got home I fumbled inside my bag for my phone and quickly called Alya. She didn't pick up so I texted her.
