"Beverly, wake up!" I hear my dads voice say from the door way "Can't I sleep like 10 more minutes?" I ask rolling over to look at him "Nope we have stuff to do" he says before walking away "You better be getting ready!!!" He yells as I groan and get out of my bed I slowly get out of bed going to my dresser full of clothing that I've found from stores I got dressed Into this outfit

After I was dressed I put my Hollister on and put my gun in it, after I was ready I got up and walked out of the room and seen my dad sitting there with one of his "worshippers" it was stupid if you ask me but you know according to my dad I have no say in it so I have to simply pretend everything is fine, "Hey Bev" my dad says waving to me as I walk in "Hey dad, is it okay if I go out for a run? I have my knife and my gun and I promise I'll be careful" i begged "Sure but make sure you are back before sunset, also pack some water and some snacks you'll need it it's pretty hot out there already" He replies "Thanks dad!" I say giving him a hug before running to grab some water and snacks, after I had gotten the things I needed I headed out the doors and into the woods
Ive been walking for like three hours now so I figured I'd sit down and take a brake getting some water and something to eat, because like my dad said it's extremely hot out here, after taking a brake to eat and drink I started walking again but heard the crunch of leaves infront of me "Hello?" I stammered as I got my gun out "Hello?" A boys voice says I walked around the corner and came face to face with a boy about my age with shoulder length brunette hair, a cowboy hat and an eye patch "Whats your name?" The boy asked "Beverly, what's yours?" I ask putting my gun back in my Hollister "I'm Carl" he smirked "So what are you doing out here by yourself anyway?" he asked "Oh I'm just looking around I was bored" I replied "Uhm do you wanna come meet my group?" He asked "Why not" I say smiling "It's this way" he says grabbing my hand directing me towards his camp "Just a warning you may want to let my dad know that you don't want to join our camp because he usually throws a fit about it" he stated "I'll keep that in mind" We were walking towards his camp when a girl came out from behind a shed with a guy obviously sneaking around "Oh hey Jill, watcha doing?" Carl Joked "Uhm- I- don't you dare tell your dad!" She threatened "I won't I promise" he said "Who's this?" The guy asked "Oh this is Beverly!, Beverly that's Glenn and that's my Aunt Jillian but you can call her Jill" Carl says introducing me to them "Wait she's your aunt?" I ask confused "Yep" Carl replies "Wow- you are really pretty by the way!" I beamed at Jill "Thank you, your pretty as well" she said with a smile "So are you two a thing now? Or are you a secret thing?" Carl asked "Uhm well we're-" she started to say "Friends with Benefits?" Carl asked curiously "No, No,No! We're a thing but we're keeping it a secret" Jill replies "We'll you two are cute!" I smiled "Thanks!" Glenn replies for the first time "No problem!" I say "Okay well we're gonna go, you two have funnnnn" Carl says winking at them before pulling me around the corner "So I take it there not allowed to be together?" I ask curiously "Yeah pretty much, I've caught them atleast five times now but that's the first time they actually know that I seen them" he says As we went to walk over to a girl we heard a booming voice from behind us, and Carl turned around with wide eyes, "Uhm Beverly get behind me" he stammered And that's exactly what I did
