"Snorp-dawg..you been working on this device for almost 2 days straight! And plus you look like you haven't slept." Chandlo said worried about his overworking bf.
"Chandlo I am fine, I just..--" Snorpy yawns as his vision gets blurry almost falling asleep before he jults up back awake. "--Im fine! I need to create a device for gramble cause hes scared that his " kin" will walk away, and then fix the journalists tool cause it broke--- Oh and can you please get me some more coffee? I think you can get some from triffany..--"
Snorpy eyes drop as he drops his pencil down as his glasses slowly fall, "okay snorp-dawg just promise me you'll just go take a break." Chandlo said worried about snorpy. Snorpy jults back awake, "ok..chandlo;" snorpy slurred as his sight became blurry of how he hasnt slept since..well he couldn't really remember.
"I'll be back alright snorpy?" Chandlo said as he place a kiss onto snorpys forhead, leaving the mill and walking over to triffany and wambus hut. Leaving the yellow grumpuses fully awaked now thanks to his forhead peck, making the grumpus question his feelings once again.
Chandlo walked by the hut, there being no doors, he politely knocks on the hut, waiting patiently if someone was in the hut. "You can come in chandlo!" Wambus said as he was walking around the hut looking for something.
"Hey wam-bro! Looking for something??" Chandlo said as he walked in the hut, patiently waiting for an response from the older dark blue grumpus. Only a mhm coming out from him as he continued to riffle through his stuff.
"Oh that reminds me! Snorpy wanted to me to come by over here and get some coffee for him, he ran out at the mill.--" chandlo said as a dark green grumpus walked behind them, "oh hey triff-dawg!" Chandlo said happily as he moved away to let triffany have some room to walk in.
"Hey hun! Oh and the coffees right over there by wamby-- and speaking of wamby," Triffany walked beside wambus who was digging around in their cabinets and drawers. "Wamby don't worry, I have everything I need--" triffany said asurring wambus.
"Yeah but triffy-- what if u don't have enough stuff in ur med kit or--" triffany interrupting wambus, "Wamby..I know you don't want me to go, but when I come back you can smother me in kisses and cuddles for how long you want-- until its time for me to leave again alright?" Triffany said to wambus who finally got off his knees and was fiddling with his paws.
"Oh..alright triffy just please stay safe.." Wambus said softly trying his hardest not to cry. "Oh wamby, dontcha worry! I'll be fine, I promise you that." Triffany said as she hugged her worried husband and began purring as they had a tight hug, wambus worries melting around and slowly calming down.
That gave chandlo an idea, he waited till triffany left, and wambus tended to his farm just mintues later and grab the coffee beans before he walked back to the mill.
He open the mills doors as he startled a half asleep snorpy, "Oh! Its just you chandlo..--" he jults back up to fix his glasses, "Did u bring the coffee??" He asks the smaller green grumpus across the mill.
"Ofc snorp-dawg! Let me walk over to you, also can I have a hug?" Chandlo askes as he walks over to snorpy as snorpy continued working.
"Of course chandlo, you don't ever need to ask--" snorpy said as he yawned. "I know but, your working I don't wanna bother you dawg." Chandlo said as he hugged snorpy from behind.
Chandlo began purring softly against snorpy, putting all his weight Comfortably onto snorpy. Snorpy yawns as he began to grow more tired than before, "maybe I do need a break chandlo..--" snorpy said before he drifted off to sleep.
"Alright snorp-dawg." Chandlo said softly as he pulled snorpys chair back and walking in front of him. "Up we go snorpy!" Chandlo yell softly trying not to wake up the engineer as he picked them up.
Snorpy wraps his arms around chandlos neck and wrapping his legs around chandlos waist as chandlo held him tight. Chandlo continued purring as snorpy hid his face into his neck, chandlo rubbing soothe circles onto his back as he carried him over to the stairs.
Chandlo walk up the stairs and up to their bed, softly placing snorpy down as he layed down with him, cuddling with snorpy as he finnally got some rest.
