"What is this place? Where am I? It is so dark here and the tides are getting stronger."
Akrithi was so confused. The gush of anxiety was reaching it's peak. She didn't know where she was. All she could see is the sea roaring which perfectly depicted her inner turmoil. She was in the middle of an abandoned shore with a pitch black sky that held no trace of moon and stars. She really tried hard to regulate the adrenaline level that knew no bounds. She felt her sweaty right palm caressing her forehead. The roaring of the waves intensified with every passing second. Akrithi wished for this to end. The next thing she visualized was herself standing infront of a giant tsunamic wave that was ready to engulf her into it's depth.
"MAA..."
Akrithi woke up with a jolt. The room was all dark and there was no sign of dawn yet. Akrithi managed to compose herself from the nightmare that haunted her a few minutes ago. She turned to her table clock which showed her 1:30 am and then realized her roommate is having a peaceful sleep. Sneakily getting out of her bed, Akrithi took her ipod and headset with her to wait for the dawn along with her all time love, Moon and Music.
