I go to my locker, put my stuff away, and headed to lunch. I saw Cody and ran up to him. "Hey Tay what's up?" He asked. "Not much. Just a little worried. That's all." I said acting like nothing was wrong. "What's wrong?" He said in a serious tone. "Well, Brooke came up to me and told me to stay away from you cause she doesn't want me to ruin your relationship with her." "Wait BROOKE did that?!?" I got to go talk to her." He said walking towards her. Ok now, i was OFFICIALLY worried. I walked into the lunch room no one was in line anymore so i just went to the front. I got my food and looked for a place to sit. All of a sudden Savannah saw me and waved for me to come over. "Hey! So did you hear that Prom's coming up?" "No." Prom? This early? "Well it is. And i really want to go with this guy named Tom. He's SUPER cute! Who do you guys want to go with?" "Well, i want to go with Brent. How about you Taylor?" "Well, if i had to choose, i'd want to go with... Cody." I said feeling embarrassed. "Cody!?! If you DO go with him, Brooke is going to kill you!" Savannah said making an example. Maybe she's right. Cody's out of my leauge. He'll NEVER want to go with me.
