Rollercoaster: Prompts and Tales

(A/N: I switched it up a bit, after 2 months of drafts, this is the only thing that I could think of because I spent more time feeding my other hobbies than writing. Also for Inferno it's gonna take a while, sooooo have very low hopes. Enjoy!)

PROMPT #1: Ray leaves Vinny's apartment covered in hickeys and some CG members were trying to instigate and were surprised to see (someone who is a love interest of Ray) leaving the same apartment, also covered in hickeys. Randy gets jealous and confronts her but Ray reminds him that they are only 'friends'. Would love to see this end in angst.

Ray was drifting into sleep as she watched the movie with her...almost person. Almost person because she hasn't really made up her mind yet, she just doesn't want to make a mistake and disappoint her family again. The term "disappoint" comes in various definitions, and not everyone sees eye to eye. Right as she was getting in her REM sleep, she can hear the soft instrumental version of what if that she recently downloaded and made her main ringtone.

"Hello?" Ray answers in a tired voice.

"Hello my dear, just wanted to check up on you, how are you feeling now? Do we need to pick up anything for you before we head home?" Vinny asks from the other line.

"I'm okay Dad, maybe some food from Maldinis...or ice cream?" She asks. "I haven't eaten dinner...pasta sounds good though..."

"So pasta or ice cream, got it!"

"How's the bank? Did you get away already?" She starts calculating the time before they get home. She can hear the sirens but you never really know who it is for in the city of Los Santos.

"No we're still in a chase, Randy's driving though so we should be out of the chase soon, unless we get into another shootout with the cops then that's different. We won't bring them to the cubby so you won't get disturbed, maybe we can test out the new Street Team gate or something." Vinny jokes.

"Bring them here, I wanna be part of a shootout..." She sits up hearing the word, trying to wake herself up.

"Okay Mini Randy calm down, I know you're itching for a shootout just like your- well your umm-" he didn't know what to say, similarly to how the whole city doesn't know what to say.

"My mentor? My ride or die? My day one? My best friend?" She suggests.

"Yeah sure let's go with those, but you're sick, and you'll use up all your energy." Ray gets quiet.

"Okay I'll pick up ice cream on the way home! Don't stay up waiting, sleep because you need it."

"Okay, thank you." Ray hangs up the phone and cuddles closer.

"You told your family you were sick? Is that why you're not robbing the bank and practicing your hacks?" Raymond asks and teases.

"Hmm so would you rather have me with my family right now and not cuddle with you?"

"You're right, you can go back to sleep. I'll let you know when they're home." He says, kissing her forehead, causing her to smile and snuggle closer to him.

Ray couldn't sleep anymore but she kept her eyes closed in an attempt to, the sense of time wasn't there. Again, right before she could be in deep sleep, she suddenly bolted up, confused to whether or not she was hearing her family's voices.

"Did you hear that?" Ray says, getting up, both listening. Multiple car doors closed. "Shit! They're here! Fuck!"

"Ray calm down, it's fine. The most they'll do is instigate and poke you for information."
