Kait's POV:
Liam comes over to me and Oliver and grabs my wrist.
"What do you want?" I ask him.
"Can I talk to you please?" he asked me. I couldn't say no to him.
"Just give me a minute okay Oliver?" I told him. She says okay and lets go of my hand.
"What is it Liam?" I ask him.
"Why are you hanging out with him when you know your brother doesn't like it?" "Because it's my life. And he's my best friend. He would never do anything to me. Both of you need to understand that. So leave me alone." I walked away.
After school I invited Oliver over to my house to study and hang out. He goes to the bathroom while I go to my room. I look at myself in the mirror. I notice I'm gaining a little bit of weight and I get absorbed into my thoughts.
"You look amazing Kait. Don't worry." Oliver says as he looks at my worried face. "Stop beating yourself, you look just perfect. I'm proud of you. How about we go get a snack before we start homework?" He asked.
"Uh..sure." I say still staring at myself. He notices my focus and hugs me.
"You did well. You look perfect just as you were before." Oliver says.
He grabs my arm and we go downstairs to the kitchen.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" he asked me.
"Sundae bar!" we say in union.
We had this tradition where we would always once in a while have a sundae bar when we met up. I grabbed the bowls and the ice cream, while he grabbed the spoons and toppings.
It was so much fun to see Oliver like this. We spent the rest of the night talking and laughing about our lives and school. He really knew how to cheer me up.
"I have to go home now. I'll see you tomorrow, love. Bye!" He says.
"Bye! See you tomorrow!" I say back.
Okay so now I have to do my homework. Math was okay, and ela (English Language Arts) was really easy. And then was my favorite subject, Art! I love art and I was pretty good at it too.
That's when I heard the doorbell ring. It was 7:30 so I didn't expect it to be who it was. I opened the door to find that it was Liam.
