At that reaction, Xiao only stared at him for a moment. He was seeing the blush on Aether's cheeks.

Was he... blushing for him?

After a while of this, Xiao swam to get closer to the blond. Aether backed up a bit before staring back at Xiao. He didn't had his face half covered with water anymore to hide his burning cheeks.

The yaksha never knew how to initiate contact. But with Aether, he felt more confident, his body was moving by itself we could say.

He raised his right hand up to Aether's cheek. Brushing his fingers in the other's hair until the blond's ear was between his two middle finger. Instead of holding him where he was to not break the contact like Aether usually did, he decide to cup Xiao's face with his two hands, swimming a little closer too.

The adeptus didn't hesitate to hold Aether's waist with his free hand to cuddle him and get him as close as he could.

Aether: B-being in the water is kinda incomfortable for this...

Xiao stared in his soul when Aether turned back to meet his eyes again. Like he was mad the blond wanted to break contact.

Aether: We can continue out of the water Xiao! Haha-

When he realized what he said he let go of Xiao's face to hide his own mouth. The loss of touch made Xiao let go as well, so Aether got back on the rock close by the fall. Xiao, him, stayed in the water.

Xiao: There won't be any water splashing us if we go back where I've put my shirt.

He noticed Aether bringing his knee up to his chest.

Aether: Okay go first! I'll join you soo-

Xiao: No come now.

The blond bit his lips and turned to Xiao.

Aether: Okay then...

He got back in the water and then joined Xiao.

Xiao: Are you okay?

Aether: Good, perfectly fine! Me?? I'm okay!

They started swimming to the other side, Xiao still wondering what happened for the sudden change of mood.

Once they got out, Aether sat, feets still in the warm water.

Aether: Xiao... I...

After a short break, Xiao broke the silence again.

Xiao: You're wet, i can give you my shirt.

Aether: I'm okay...

Xiao: What is it then?

Aether: I... okay so what if i tell you i made a promise with someone and that a broke it by accident?

The dark haired boy only came to sit beside him, staring at the blond, waiting for him to continue.

Aether: What if I broke it because i couldn't control what happened?

Xiao: Then it's not your fault. The person should understand that.

The traveller finally got closer to Xiao and rested his head on his shoulder. And Xiao got his arm behind Aether to reach his waist on the other side.

Aether: Then... should I try to stop what happened even if I don't want to stop it?

Xiao: ... it's your choice Aether.

Aether: I fell in love. And i cannot, i made a promise to my... sister...

The word love made Xiao feel awkward. He really hoped deep down he was talking about him. But he couldn't get his hopes up. And he was so unlucky in his life...

Aether: We cannot fall in love with people from other dimensions. Or it could hold us back on our travels.

The blond took Xiao's hand that was on his waist to lead it to his chest, to make Xiao feel his heartbeat. He got his head up and looked at Xiao making him look at him back.

Aether: I don't wanna stop love.

Xiao suddenly felt his heart flutter, he wanted to kiss Aether, hug him, cuddle him, love him...

Aether: My heart is beating at that rate for you right now Xiao.

The blond felt his eyes fill with water as he looked down. He finally felt the water fall down his face. This made Xiao stop moving. How to react?

It's when Xiao was about to wipe the tears away that Aether moved and jumped on him, embracing the yaksha's head with his two arms and pressing his lips against Xiao's.

Xiao kissed him back instantly, bringing one hand behind Aether's head and one behind his neck to hold him as close as he could. Aether planned the same thing by thightening his grip around Xiao's neck.

Aether got away quickly to catch his breath and changed the position their face were kissing. Their breathings synchronized and their movement as well, making eachoter shiver and even started moaning.

They were opening their mouths at the same time and Aether suddenly slid his tongue in the other's mouth, surprising his partner. But Xiao started sucking it, closing his mouth on it and letting go not long after. That's the moment that got Aether aroused. He started pulling on Xiao's hair as the kiss continued.

He felt the other's tongue now coming into his mouth. He did nothing but enjoy the feeling.

They were now both drooling over eachoter but they couldn't care less.

Xiao: Can I touch... more.

Aether: Please, please yes Xiao~

Xiao layed Aether on the ground by kissing him and holding his body, gently letting go. Once they stopped kissing, the blond got his shirt off and threw it on Xiao's shirt right beside him.

Xiao: I like you.

Aether covered his face with his arm and let out a small giggle. When he looked back at Xiao, he noticed him staring at his crotch.

Aether: I uh.. you can...

Xiao: I can take your pants off?

He placed himself between the other's legs waiting for the answer.

Aether: Only if I can take yours off.

Xiao kissed his chest and started undoing Aether's belt and pull the blond's pants down.

Now that Aether was all naked, he took a moment to appreciate the view before letting Aether get up to undress him too.
