Virat moved a little back as the lock clicked. It seemed weird to him as the noise came from the door which seemed to be in his room.

Ro- Relax, It's me!
He said opening the door.

Virat got relieved seeing him. He had some water to calm himself and sat on his bed.

Ro- U didn't sleep.
He asked seeing him stressed.

Vi- How did u manage this?
He asked signalling towards the connected rooms.

Ro- Why are you thinking that? It's not important! Just know I am here only.

Virat nodded at that. They went and sat in balcony gazing the night sky.

Vi- You should not have forced so much for my selection. I don't think I fit in anymore!
He said after mins of silence.

Ro- How can u decide that? And don't think much about anything, leave that to me!

Virat didn't say anything.

Ro- How do u know that I forced your selection? It can be normal too!

Vi- U are seriously asking me that. I know you that much.
He said being irritated.

Virat saw how Rohit was rubbing his hands feeling cold. He got the jacket from his room and gave it to him.

Vi- Wear it, return me once u go in your room!
He said seeing him not taking it.

Rohit took it and wore that jacket.

Vi- Is it possible for one call now?
He asked after sometime.

Ro- It's morning 5 there I think. Why don't u try sleep for sometime and then I will tell you once I recv the call.

Vi- hmm! I don't think the team likes my presence anymore.

Ro- It's nothing like that. I told you stop thinking all this.

Vi- Anyway, it doesn't matter what they think of me. I just want revenge.
He said in a venomous voice.

Ro- Calm down! We are gonna get that.
He said holding his hand.

Vi- How, we didn't get a single clue yet?
He yelled pacing in anger.

Ro- Aman called! We have got a clue but it's not enough.

Vi- What clue?
He asked impatiently.

Ro- First you calm down! It's not good for you, u know that.
He said keeping his hand on his shoulder.

Vi- Okay! I am calm! What's the clue?

Ro- As u said, it was a planned trap. You were deliberately called there with an intention.

Vi- it's not a clue, I knew that already. That's not calming me down!
He said running his fingers through his disheveled hair.

Ro- Virat, deep breaths okay! You don't have to get hyper. It is not gonna do any good to anyone. We are gonna get there.

Vi- When?
He asked vulnerably.

Ro- Soon, don't loose hope.

Vi- I don't have any hope. And u very well know when I have lost all the hope.
He said composing himself and went inside.

Rohit closed his eyes remembering about what he said.

Ro- Aman is gonna join soon! He could not call you for obvious reasons.
He said trying to change his mood somehow.

Vi- Okay!

Ro- You know you don't have to hide anything from me. It is still the same relation.

Vi- Really, that's why you called me Virat right now. If that's called same, then I don't want it. Say it when u completely mean it.

Rohit realised how he called him Virat. He was gonna say something when they heard Rohit's room door knock.

Rishabh- Ro bhai, u there? Why have u locked the door?

Vi- Go, your team needs you.
He said turning his back.

Ro- It's not my team, it's ours. And I don't want to argue now on that.
He said and left the room locking the connecting door.

Ro opened the door and saw sleepy Rishabh and Jassi there.

Jassi- Bhai, can we sleep here? We are not getting any sleep. Please don't refuse!
He added as Rohit was gonna deny.

Rohit made way for them to come in. Rohit sat in the middle while they kept head on his shoulder and lap.

Jassi- Bhai, did u talk to Virat bhai? How is he?
He asked after some silence.

Rishabh- He seems really different.

Ro- Different how?
He asked wanting to know what team thinks of Vi.

Jassi- There is no warmth in his eyes.
He said noticing it.

Rishabh- And he is too silent. He was never like this. He was so energetic and excited about everything.

Jassi- And he didn't talk to us yet.
He said sadly.

Ro- You can also take the first step right instead of just observing.
He tried to point out irritated by all the whispers.

Rishabh- Did he talk to you?

Ro- Some minimal conversations.

Jassi- Bhai u are also changed so much. You are always on your phone and don't talk to us that much.

Ro- Sleep now, we have early practice tomorrow!
He avoided answering that.

After 4 hours Rohit woke up with phone call. He untangled himself from Jassi and Rishabh.

He picked the call and went to balcony.

Ro- Hi, all okay?
He asked concerned.

Rits- Yes everything is fine. She wants to see him.
She said softly.

Ro- Now?

Rits- It's 9.30 am here. She just woke up and u know she wants to see him as soon as she wakes up.
She said explaining him.

Ro- Yes give a min I will call you back.
He said.

Rohit went to his room, it was empty. He went to terrace knowing he would be there.

He went near him and he was pissed due to the state he was in.

Ro- How many times I have told you to stop?
He said angrily.
