let me explain this to you guys.
so, shoto is a boy, with a bit feminie body. he gets bullied at school for alot of things, like his size, his favourite things, and also people just think hes a rich spoiled brat, that wants everyones attention. but in reality hes just a broken boy, carrying a broken heart.
they boy had pretty shining heterochromiatic eyes that shine glowing when the sun kisses his face. pretty feminie body under all those clothes, tan skin with alot of bruises and marks, and his hair, it was super pretty, half white half red. it always bought everyones attention, because people would think it was strange. but in reality, they think its pretty, theyre just lost in their minds.

shoto pov:

i was walking to school, it took about 30 minutes the way to arrive at ua highschool. my 'father' says i should walk, first, because he thinks im fat. second he says its unworthy to waste gas on me.
and third, he says hes embarrassed to be seen with me.
yeah, it hurts. but why would i let that bother me..?

pov1:

when the 15 year old arrived at his school, he was quickly met by the group of guys who daily bullied him.
"yo! look who came to school!" kirishima snorted. "thought you didnt have the guts" kaminari laughed. "hes probably shitting his pants right now" bakugou added. and the rest of them laughs at the unfunny joke.
Kaminari, kirishima or Shinso wasnt the ones todoroki feared the most.
its actually this one couple. 
bakugou and Midoriya.
shoto once had feelings for bakugou. Not to metion, bakugo was nice to him. bakugo and shoto were friends. but once bakugou confessed to izuku, everything changed. its because izuku was jealous of shoto for being rich and having 'everything' he wants. but in reality, shoto is the lonely dobe, giving up on his dreams. but anyway.
izuku wanted to make todorokis life a living hell highschool experience, but, oh well it worked. somehow.  todoroki is now struggling with harshly getting abused by his father, plus school bullying/beatings, and he still tries to get the best of it.

the bullies kept wondering why shouto never tells on them about the bullying or worse.
they found it a bit strange. Because normally, rich kids would be daddys little spoiled succsessors.
but everytime they bring up the topic, they just ignore it and change the it.

shotos pov: (outside the school gates)

i just ignore them, as if they werent existing.
i was trying to walk past them just ignoring them without making eye contact. but a strong arm stopped me. i look who it is, and with bad luck, it was bakugo. i was literally pissing my pants soon. i started to panic alot, and felt all the heat go all the way up to my body.
"oi. i wasnt done yet" bakugo says.
"y-yes.?" i ask. "meet me at the locker room after school" bakugo spoke again.
"i-i really cant" i said. well i actually couldnt.
