[Kiibo's POV]

I woke up to the morning announcement. I checked my tablet and it was a bit after 10 am. I stretched and looked at the door in my room. I went to the door app and typed in the code for my "food" room. It had what I expected it to. I went into it after Ouma had accidentally cut himself. It had the "food", some small snacks, some water, and a clean up station where I could get any spilled "food" off of me.

I looked around and noticed the stuff had been restocked. I grabbed a bag that had my favorite "flavor" in it and drank. I wasn't a messy eater so I didn't spend much time at the clean up station. I grabbed a bottle of water afterwards and drank it. I threw the trash away and exited my dorm after changing. I gently knocked on Ouma's door. After about 5 or 6 minutes, he answered, looking sleepy.

"Do you want to get breakfast?" I asked. He nodded.

"Gimmie a second first," He said, yawning after. He walked back in his room and came back out with a Grape Panta. He was sipping it. He waved me along and we went to the cafeteria. By the time we got there, he had finished the Panta and was back to being hyper and bubbly.

He threw the bottle away and we sat down at a table. We were like the 5th and 6th people there. Amami quickly joined us and sat on the other side of Ouma. He started asking Amami about the rooms he had. Amami said he hadn't looked yet.

"Well then we can look after breakfast!" Ouma said. He seemed to be excited. Saihara and Akamatsu joined us, Saihara sitting next to me and Akamatsu sitting by him.

"Good morning Saihara, Akamatsu," I said. They said good morning back. Everyone else quickly flooded the cafeteria and Tojo served us breakfast. It was good. Most of us had orange juice but Ouma had grape juice. I noticed Saihara glance at Ouma every now and then. I found it rather odd. After breakfast, I thanked Tojo and went outside. Ouma went with Amami to his dorm.

I've always liked it outside. It was nice and decently warm. I looked over at the shed. I wonder what Ouma cut himself on yesterday. I sighed. I didn't like the thought of Ouma being hurt. I suddenly got a really bad feeling. I stood up and walked to Amami's dorm. Once I got there, I knocked on the door. Amami opened it, Ouma peering out from behind him.

"Hello, Idabashi-kun!" Ouma said. I waved.

"Do you need something?" Amami asked. He sounded a bit irritated. I nodded.

"I wanted to see what your rooms look like, if that's okay with you," I said. Amami looked back at Ouma, who nodded. Amami waved me in, slightly rolling his eyes. I entered. His dorm looked pretty plain. I walked towards the door. The room currently opened was the food room. It had pretty normal stuff.

Amami closed the door and put in a different code. He opened the door and inside there was a bunch of adventure themed gear. Ouma seemed very interested in it.

"Ooo," He muttered, looking at some of the things. It was certainly interesting. After about 10 minutes of looking around, Ouma and I exited and Amami put in the next code. This room was a bigger room filled with a bunch of plants. It looked kind of like a jungle.

We looked around a bit and it had a couple of rock climbing things, which Ouma tried to climb. We exited again, after maybe 15 minutes, and Amami put in the next code. It was an outside themed museum looking thing with a bunch of pictures of things on podiums with little plaques.

On every plaque with a plant, it explained if it was edible (and how to prepare it if necessary), what it was, and if it was safe to touch. For animals it explained if they were poisonous/venomous, if they were safe to eat (and how to prepare the animal if necessary), where to find them, how to handle them, if they were hostile, and any differences between sexes. I found it very interesting. We exited after maybe 20 minutes.

"The last room is a room I'd prefer to keep secret," Amami said, looking at his tablet. Ouma pouted slightly.

"Okay..." He said, seemingly acting sad.

"With the rooms that we saw, I'd assume your talent has something to do with adventure or survival," I said. Amami nodded.

"Seems like it," He said. After a bit more talking, we went outside. We walked around and explored a bit. It was relaxing. Ouma seemed to be happy and was leading us around. We were called in for lunch after about an hour or two of exploring. Lunch was good and was fairly similar to yesterday's. We sat in the same formation we usually did.

At some point, Yonaga came up to Amami and whispered something in his ear. He nodded and quickly finished eating. He said bye and left with Yonaga and Shirogane. Ouma finished not too long after and sat back down with us.

"Do you guys want to play hide and seek?" He asked excitedly. I nodded and so did Akamatsu and Saihara. After we finished eating, we went outside. We made a rule that we had to hide around the front of the building and not go past the doors on either side of the main doors. Ouma said that I was the first seeker and I had to count to 20 while they hid. I nodded and started counting.

I quickly found Saihara and Akamatsu. They weren't sure where to hide as they hadn't really explored outside before. We then went to look for Ouma. It took us about 10 minutes but we eventually found him up in a tree. Well, we didn't really find him, he revealed himself to us.

Once he did, he stuck his tongue out at us and said, "I'm up here dummies! You passed me like 4 times already!" Saihara seemed to freak out a bit.

"Ah, Ouma, how are you gonna get down from up there?" He asked, clearly nervous. Ouma looked down. It was a decently big tree so he was about 10-14 feet off of the ground. It was surprising he got up there in the first place. He suddenly realized how high up he was and looked slightly scared. His face seemed to get paler.

"Um... I-I'll climb down, s-silly Saihara-chan!" He said. We all anxiously waited by the base of the tree while Ouma tried to get down. He got about 2-3 feet down before he slipped a little and nearly fell. He clung to the tree, clearly frightened.

He likely wouldn't have died from a fall from only 14 feet high but he likely wouldn't have been unharmed. Ouma softly cursed under his breath and started climbing down again. He seemed to wince slightly everytime his left hand hit the tree.

He was most definitely bleeding on his hand. I could tell. He likely scraped it. Ouma eventually got another 2-3 feet down before he slipped again. He tried to use his left hand to catch himself again but pulled his hand back due to the pain, making him start falling.

I quickly ran up to about where he would land and managed to catch him. He wasn't too heavy. He looked very frightened and once he processed that I caught him, he looked up at me and hugged me.

"Th-thank you I-Idabashi-kun..." Ouma stuttered. He was very clearly startled and his eyes were starting to water. He shook his head slightly. I gently started to lower him down, once he let go of me, and he quickly got up. He looked at his hand.

Despite my better judgment, I peered over his shoulder. The scrape was a pretty big one. It very clearly needed to be cleaned.

"C'mon Ouma, let's get your hand cleaned and patched up," I said, offering my hand to him. He looked nervous and took my hand with his right hand. I noticed my grip on his hand just barely tightened. Being around him while he was bleeding probably wasn't the best decision but I wasn't about to let someone with zero first aid experience try and patch up a scrape that big.
