Step outside, now and then, you need the vitamin D

U are special, so don't quit! Remember to wear your glasses to see

Really no food again? You know you need to eat

Very few of us can live without water so drink

If you forgot you need nutrition so eat your veggies please

Vitamins and minerals are important scientists have found

Everybody needs to breath so put that rope necklace down

I remind you of these things daily

So you and i don't both die

Because the rules of this game are simple
