The next morning, came faster than the rose-gold haired boy expected. And so did his massive, hangover headache. He groaned as he realized that he drank too much at the party and couldn't recall the details of events that took place while at the party with the girls. He would have to ask them the next time he saw them. However, the rose-gold haired boy was more concerned with fixing his hangover headache before doing much of anything else. Jisung looked over to his bedside table to see a cute little note with a tall glass of water and some pain meds. He let out a small soft smile as he picked up the note to read it.

'Hey Jisungie!
Thank you so much for coming to the party with us! It means a lot to us and we had so much fun.
We hope that we can continue to hang out and be friends. You're really different when you drink, and we know that you will be curious as to what happened last night so if you have any questions, you can message our gc and we'll arrange a meet up; xxx-xxx-xxxx.

We put some pain meds for your headache and a glass of water next to your bed, and we made some hangover soup which is in the fridge. There are no classes today, so please take the day to rest.

From: Lia, Ryujin, Yeji, Chaeryeong, and Yuna'

Jisung smiled at the note and gratefully took the meds that the girls had left for him before deciding to get out of bed. Today was a rest day, so that meant Jisung would be staying in his pyjamas and not doing anything for the rest of the day. He was grateful for the girls taking care of him and bringing him back to his dorm. It was nice though. Despite his headache, he felt well rested and was glad he had a day to himself where he could rest and do nothing. Well, he'd write in his lyric journal but that was something he did everyday.

The rose-gold haired boy yawned as he made his way to his kitchenette and grabbed the hangover soup out of the fridge, and heated it up so he could eat it. It helped, a lot actually. The girls knew how to make it and they were pretty good at it to. It also tasted good so that was a bonus as well.

When he finished his soup, Jisung brushed his teeth and went back to his room where he sat on his bed writing lyrics to songs he would most likely never show anyone else. He loved writing, and he could express himself really well with lyrics in his songs. But maybe he didnt want people to know how he was feeling, or maybe he did but he was just afraid.

The rose-gold haired boy jumped as the alarm on his phone rang, reminding him that it was time to take his medications. Two pills for his mood disorder, one pill for his anxiety disorder, and one pill for his PTSD. The boy had many disorders, some of which he was born with and the others he developed as a child due to some personal traumas that he refuses to talk about. Which was understandable, they were traumatizing for him and he didnt want to relive them. He didnt like having to take four pills each day, but if he didn't he knew he'd have trouble functioning properly.

He was in the zone. That was, until he fell asleep, book on his lap and pencil in hand. He needed the rest, but little did he know, things were about to change dramatically for him when he woke up.

A loud blaring siren shocked the rose-gold haired boy awake. He looked around wide-eyed, finding it hard to see through the thick smoke surrounding him. He coughed, feeling as though he was being suffocated. It took him a minute to realize what was happening, before jumping into action. He grabbed his bag and put his laptop, lyric journal, his meds, and books before rushing to his dorm room door. He let out a pained shout as the doorknob burned his hand.

The fire was right outside his door.

Panic struck as he struggled to find a way out of his dorm room before the fire completely consumed it. His hand was burning and he knew he didnt have much time. There were loud sirens outside his dorm window, and he raced to his bedroom window to look outside. There were multiple firetrucks and paramedics at the front of his building. He was quick to open his window and stick his head out, coughing as he finally got some fresh air in his lungs. He looked around, hoping someone would notice him and luckily someone did.

"THERES SOMEONE INSIDE!" Yeji yelled as she grabbed the arm of a firefighter and pointed up at the third story window.

"IT'S JISUNG!" Ryujin shouted as she stared up at the rose-gold haired boy who was looking back and forth from his room to the outside.

The way Jisung saw it, he had two choices: One, stay in his room and let the firefighters save him which could risk him getting severely burned. Or two, jump out the window and try to land in the tree next to his room, which could risk him breaking all of his bones and dying. Shit.

"STAY THERE! WE'RE COMING TO GET YOU!" One of the firefighters called through the megaphone and Jisung rolled his eyes.

"IF I STAY HERE I'LL TURN INTO FRIED CHICKEN!" Jisung screamed as the flames crawled around his room. He was panicking. He couldn't think straight and his breathing was ragged from smoke inhalation. But he didnt want to die. Not in a fire, not when he wanted to do so much more with his life.

The crowd below watched as the rose-gold haired boy stood on his window sill, holding onto the sides of it as if debating whether or not he should risk it and jump. But maybe he'd have to jump anyways.

"Fuck! The flames are too high I cant get any closer!" The firefighter yelled as he stopped the ladder. He was a good meter or so down from where Jisung was standing. The firefighter looked up at the rose-gold haired boy who was desperately trying to avoid the flames that had all but consumed his dorm room.

"You're going to have to jump!" The man yelled as the squirrel like boy looked at him as if he had grown three heads.

"ARE YOU INSANE!?!" Jisung screamed as the fire raged behind him, he could feel it getting closer and beginning to burn his skin.

"No! But you need to decide! Jump or burn!" The man stated and with a breath, Jisung nodded and jumped.

The rose-gold haired boy gasped as he opened his eyes on the impact of the man catching his arm. He let out a pained cry as it dislocated both his wrist and shoulder. His bag full of stuff was still on his back, and he strained to help the firefighter pull him up onto the ladder. With a struggle, the firefighter was able to pull him up and carry him bridal style down the ladder to safety.

The rest of the firefighters worked to put out the fire as Jisung was carried to an ambulance where he was then rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.

And all this happened, because he took a nap.
