Depositing the grocery bags on the counter, Jimin started to get dinner going. He first went to the fridge to get himself a drink to cool down after a long day at work. Tieing his apron he got on with it. Taetae called saying something came up at his coven so dinner was going to be just him and his dad.

His dad will be home in a few fours, and since he was home early, he planned to make a big dinner and bake cake for dessert. One, because they haven't had the luxury for a while and two because he was excited to share his day with him, meeting his mate being the most important one he wants to share. He was found himself smiling as he recalled everything.

His dad works at a gym,owned by his friend, just a few blocks away. As the former beta of his pack, who spent majority of his time training the warriors, to him this is the closest he had in living life similarly. He loves his job, a bit to much if you ask Jimin but who was he to complain, he looked his happiest at work either as a trainer or taking over at the front.

An hour in, dinner was done and set aside. Taking out what he needed for dessert, he started measuring the flour but that was when his stupid friend decided it was a good idea to sneak up on him. So here they are now both covered in flour along with the floor.

"Oh goddess Tae you okay?"

"Do I look okay minnie?"

" It's your fault you silly bear, you can't just sneak up on people like that, what if I was holding hot boiling water huh?" He reasoned as he took a napkin and started cleaning them both.

"My fault?" Tae scoffed as he looked at the male. "I called several times but you didn't answer"

Jimin narrowed his eyes at him accusingly.

"Heh I really did you were in some kind of deep thought and had a stupid smile on your face the whole time" Tae squinted his eyes at his best friend as he blushed after that. Okay his blushes a lot especially when he is showered with praises but never has he seen him like this, so red.

" Okay bitch, what happened?" Tae inquired but Jimin brushed it off telling him to get cleaned up, pushing him out of the kitchen.

Dinner was ready hence they began to set the table all the while Tae unsuccessfully got nothing from his best friend leaving him pissed.

" I said I will tell you when dad-"

"Am home" Mr. Park greeted merrily as he entered. On hearing his dad, Jimin bolted to the door before climbing him like a koala making his dad giggle.

" Wow, someone seems to be in a very good mood today eh?"

" Tell me about it" Tae scoffed "that's exactly what I've been trying to find out"

" Hey Tae"

"Hi dad"

"So?"

Jimin looked down fidgeting with the hem of his shirt when he felt their gazes fixed on him.

" Eeh... let's sit to eat and I will tell you hm?"

They had just started with dessert and Tae couldn't take it anymore.

" Ok chimmy out with it"

Jimin looked up, staring at the two men in his life who were super protective of him he just hope they take it well.

" Dad, Tae,...... I met my mate today" there, he said it. He lowered his heard when a thick silence fell over the table.

" Wow" that came from his dad. Tae just growled.

" Your mate you say. Are you sure Jiminie?"

"Yes am sure dad, it's really him"

" So it's a he eh?" Tae asked who still had a scowl on his face.

" Dad? Tae?"

" Am not mad Minnie, infact am beyond happy for you cause I know you've always wanted it"

Jimin's smile widen at Tae's words.

" I only hope that he is worth of you cause you my friend deserve the best and I hope he protect more than you do yourself"

"Tae" was all he could mutter, his voice cracking with unshed tears as he engulfed him tightly in his arms.

"Thank you Taetae"

"Mn"

"Dad" Jimin turned to his father who had a far away look in his eyes, tears clouding his eyes.

" Your mom always talked about this moment you know, how she wanted to see you grow up, meet your mate, live your dreams and then maybe surrounded by her grandkids" his dad chuckled at the thought, the image of his son cuddled his her arms as he said those words, still vivid as if it was only yesterday.

Jimin wordlessly moved to kneel beside him, taking his hands in his the laying his head on his laps.

" I happy you found him Jiminie and I know she would be more happy that you did" his dad said combing his hands through his hair.

" So tell me, what do you know about him?" His dad questioned, pulling his into his laps as he faced Tae.

"One, he is a wolf" Jimin felt his dad stiffen under him. After leaving his pack his dad wants nothing to do with packs fearing it would expose Jimin to the enemy.

"Two?"

"His name is Jungkook. Jeon Jungkook"

"Wait, Jungkook? You mean The Jeon Jungkook?"

Jimin looked at his friend who had a look in his eyes he couldn't place. " You know him Tae"

" Know him? Who the fuck doesn't know who Jeon Jungkook is? Well except you of course. Hold on," Tae exclaimed before fishing his phone out and going through it. Seconds later he held the screen to Jimin who saw his handsome mate looking more handsome and dangerous in a brown fitted suit.

"Him right?"

"Yes"

"That's Jeon Jungkook, Alpha of Moonlight Pack and CEO and Chairman of Jeon Corp. I've met him a few times at galas and council meetings. He's a good guy. A very good guy" this made Jimin very happy cause the vampire before him was one who did not compliment people easily.

" Moonlight Pack you say?" His dad asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"Nothing. Do you trust him Tae?"

"Mn. If there is one wolf out there we can trust minnie with, it's him"

"Ok then, I hope he does or else he is going to meet the goddess sooner than he taught"

Jimin looked back and forth between the two, talking as if he isn't there.

"I'm here you know"

"Yes we see you" he smacked Tae in the head for that.

"Am happy for you Minnie but I want to meet him"

"Wait,so soon? I just met him dad"

"So? Knowing him as a wolf, he might be planning your wedding as we speak"

"Tae!"

And that's how the rest of dinner went with him being teased by the pair with a constant smile on his face, Jimin really enjoyed dinner today.
