The items

Natalie's pov:

Me and Nora stoped by Nora's house before our journey took of. She said it would just take a minute for her to pack her bags. She steped out of the car and went inside.

My phone would not stop buzzing from all the missing phone calls. I didn't have to check it, I knew it was from mom and dad. I turned of my phone and waited for Nora in the car.

She came back litterly one minute later.

"haha you were not exaggerating when you said ¨just a minute¨" I said with a laugh.

"Yeah, I just wanna get the f*ck out of here" she answered

She started the car.

"Wait what about your parents, do they know you are leaving?" I said as put my hand on her arm.

"Yes they are fine with it" Nora says calmly, "No of course not stupid, they would kill me if they knew" she said as if it's obvious.

I laughed and felt stupid that I belived her first sentence. My laugh made Nora laugh. We laughed a while and then she pressed the gas and we took off.

We didn't know where we were going, we just left. Left everything and everyone.
We listened to music and had fun but I could not relax fully, there was so much in my head. I kept thinking about my parents. They were probably furious, I wonder if they had taken the car looking for me? What if they find me? God im so scared, I don't know what they would do to me if they found me.
And I aslo kept thinking about the paper I found, wtf was that about? Why would...

My thoughts were interuppted by Nora.

"Let's go to LA" Nora stated.

"LA? That's far!" I said.

"Exactly, no one will find us?" she answered.

She had a point.

"F*ck it, let's do it! I say as i waggle my arms in surrender.

Time skip

Nora's pov:

I really tried to keep my mood up for Nat's sake. Even though I was sh*tting myself I had to act brave. She was the one that had every right to be scared as well, I was worried for her about what would happen if her parents found us. Or if they went to my parents.

About 2 hours away from LA we stoped at a gas station, my car was drained and needed more gas. It was also a great time for us to eat something. We haden't been eating through the whole day.

Because I was the only one with a job and money I payed for her and the gas, but I didn't mind. I love her.

When we got to the gas station the time was 4.37 pm.
We left 4.51 pm with full stomachs and a full tank.

Time skip

We arrived at LA 7.22 pm.
It took longer than we thought because of the damn car queues.

We had one problem, where are we going to sleep? We can't just walk around in LA without a home.

Me and Nat decided to stay at a hotell, at least over the night.
Our plan was to discover the city and then try to find jobs so we could build ourselfs a life here. We were really planing to stay forever here, it made me happy. But the worring feeling stayed and was always laying in the back of my head.

Nat's pov:

We got the keys to our hotelroom. It was nice, simple but nice. We didnt need anything fancy, just a place to stay.

I still haden't checked my phone since we left from Nora's house, I didn't want to either.

We started to unpack our bags and Nora went in for a shower.
