Chapter 2 - Intergation

Louis' P.O.V

There was a soft click of a door as I closed it behind me. Looking around in the room my eyes landed in the man sitting on a chair behind a big desk. The man was middle aged and wore a black long sleeved shirt and black pants, right now he was busy signing papers.

"You called for me?" I spoke softly and the man looked up with a warm smile on his face. Pushing the paperwork away the man stood up and approached me.

"Ah that I did." His smile dissapearing as he reached me. "I have a new mission for you"

I had already concluded that when I had recieved my summoning. However I knew this was going to be somethign different. Usually he just handed us a piece of paper and a picture of who we were supposed to take care of. This time, he was giving it to me personally, that was someting that nearly never happened. This mission was going to be hard.

"You know of the Xenos right?" My eyes narrowed at that. Of course I knew about the Xenos, in fact, I hated them. I hated them and everything their organisation stood for. The Xenos was the sworn enemy of the assassins.

Xenos was an organisation of 'knights' as they liked to call themselves. They had been founded some hudred years after the assassins and the reason for their creation had been simple, it was to fight the assassins.

I would take any mission that brought me one step closer to destroying that organisation. They had killed so many of our borthers and sisters, it was only right that I returned the favour.

"We want you to infiltrate their organisation, befriend them, make them trust you. Find out as much information as you can of them and then when you have it, get out. Do you accept?" The man said and my eyes shone with somethign other than anger. Finally, I would get my chance for revenge.

"I accept." I said and turned around and walked towards the door. I knew that we were and that he wanted me to get going as fast as possible. Right before I closed the door behind me he spoke again.

"Oh and don't forget. Take their leader down when you escape."

I could feel smoothness of the blade as they dragged it against my arms. They had made me take off my uniform, threathening that if I didn't take it off myself they would cut it off, I like my uniform so I took it off peacfully. In reality they hadn't really needed to threathen me, they could have just asked.

I looked down on my arm just as they let the blade pierce the skin on my arm.

The 'assassiantion' was going well, they seemed to have swallowed the bait.

From the corner of my eyes I could see a blonde boy waering a black tux moving closer towards me, gun aimed at my heart. I nearly chuckled. He should aim for the head. I waited until the blonde was so close so that I could see his blue eyes and then I moved.

Moving my body I ducked under the boys arm. Spinning myself around him I caught a hold of his neck. I was about to snap it when I looked into his eyes. I stopped myself at the true terror I saw in them. He was young, had probably just joined this organisation.

Sighing to myself I released the hold on his neck and instead I disarmed him from his gun with a quck jab to his hand. Grabbing the gun I hit him in the back of his head, making him fall down on the ground unconsious.
