It happened so fast I couldn't even react before I knew it I was on the ground. Wait I can see I'm moving too fast for you, let me bring you back to where it all began. My name is Kehlani and my day started off like a normal day like always. However, I woke up hoping that today would be different. In our town things run smoothly. People are born and placed in certain classes based on their color of passage. Our color of passages appear when we are born on our wrist. A color appears and based on that we are placed in our classes even if that is not of our mother or fathers class. There are 3 colors which correspond to three different classes. Reds are born in the lower class. They are the people who don't have much yet they do most of the jobs in our town. Blues are the middle class, they are the neutral people that make enough to get through the day and have a little fun as well. Finally there is the Green class. These are the High class rich people who run the town. My mother and father were both born in the blue class however I was born with a Gold "R" on my wrist.
