chptr 3: power is revealed

our group of friends awoke one morning to start their adventure for real this time their parents had paid for them to have a ship ride to and from each of the other islands the first island they make their way to is melemele island they all got on the ship there were other pokemon everywhere they looked even in the sky there were other pikipek like Sauron flying high each of the friends except Kai thought the ship was going to be really fun

Poppies POV

poppy took notice of Kai's grouchiness and thought of a way to cheer him up she then spotted a helium tank at the side of the dock she quickly filled four of her water bubbles with helium and ran over placing one on each of their heads

Kai: "poppy what was tha-........why do I sound like a skwovet

Poppy: "A magician never reveals her secrets"

Kai just sat there and stared at her holding in his laughter Poppy then realized that the helium was making her voice not understandable as all it sounded like was the squealing of some metal cans filled with gas

Bruno then came running over boy OH BOY did he sound terrible he was talking so fast his voice kept getting higher pitched each time I swear I heard a bunch of cracking in his voice yet he still kept on going nonstop he spoke for so long I'm only hearing tires screeching wait that screeching tire noise was getting louder I turned around and saw a cart driving straight for me I barely managed to avoid being hit

"HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE DRIVING!"

the cart stopped and a Raichu stepped out of the cart leaning over at Poppy

Raichu: "DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE MISSY!"

Poppy: "n-"

Bruno jumped in

Bruno: "Yes we do sir see you nearly just ran over my friend here with your cart"

Raichu: "I could care less"

he was walking back to the cart when suddenly he felt a rock hit him in the back of the head

he turned around to see the rock ruff with a strange-looking mane ready for a fight

Raichu now angrier than ever

Raichu: "You wanna fight! Then so be it"

the Raichu launched a thunderbolt at Bruno he was about to strike back when the pilots assistant Rowlett interrupted them while also taking the thunderbolt directly

Rowlet: "Whoa, whoa if you want to fight go to the battlefield below deck we can't risk the ship sinking"

we all went down below deck Bruno and the Raichu stared at each other with hatred

Bruno wasn't looking nor acting like himself instead of a clumsy rock ruff he looks serious

They both entered the battlefield with no special effects or environment just a dirt field

they stared each other down until an announcer spoke up

Speaker: "This battle will be fair even fight between this rock ruff and this Raichu .....

And Battle begin!"

Bruno POV

The Raichu immediately struck first launching yet again another devastating thunderbolt Bruno dodged it and made an easy recovery using Stealth rock which immediately scattered sharp and pointy rocks around the field....... however it is completely ineffective

Raichu: "Nice try kid this is Alola, not those other regions"

the Raichu hopped on its tail and began to float into the air

Bruno: "I forgot they could fly"

Bruno shook the thought away and focused on the battle

I decided to try a different approach with rock throw and then leading into a leer

the Raichu just barely dodged the rock throw getting struck by two rocks but just so happened to be hit by the Leer directly after he regained his balance soon after the leer hit the Raichu quickly snapped back hurling an electro ball right at me I attempted to dodge but I couldn't in time and took the ball of electricity straight to the gut. The Raichu then rushed towards me using agility he immediately struck me with a powerful Iron tail I felt myself getting weaker but I wasn't giving up this early in battle I stood up and used rock tumb to prevent the Raichu from flying away. As the rocks fell from the sky I took the opportunity to use tackle on him sending him off his tail and into the ground however the collision from the rock tumb destroyed the stealth rocks from earlier. The Raichu stood up and used quick attack I immediately used double team to confuse the Raichu which it did successfully I was able to get a direct hit with crunch sending him to the ground again however what I didn't notice was the thunder cloud forming above me the Raichu had used thunder in the middle of that double team

I took the entire bolt of electricity and just like that my body had been paralyzed I couldn't move couldn't even speak all I knew was that the Raichu was charging at me with a devastating volt tackle the volt tackle struck me and believe me it hurt aLot but I was still able to stand

the Raichu looked surprised I could still stand because he looked like he was in worse condition than me

I shook the thought away and took the advantage and used rock tumb I then jumped up and used rock throw hitting the Raichu with every last rock to finish it off I leaned down and used gravity to strengthen a tackle straight to the chest..........

The Raichu had feinted shortly after

Speaker: "Raichu is unable to battle Rockruff is the winner!"

I didn't really get a minute to celebrate my victory because shortly after that I had fallen down completely drained from the thunder and volt tackle combination the last thing I saw then were my friends heading down to the battle field then it just went dark...................
