Singhania Sadan, Morning 7 am

Keerthi enters the room and pushes the curtains away thus making sun rays fall on a sleeping Naira. Naira frowns in sleep making Keerthi laugh as she walks out. Just then Naira's mobile rings and her hands search the bed to find her mobile. She slowly opens her eyes to see the display showing Kartik's name. A smile plays on her lips as she attends the call

Naira: Kkaaaarrtttiiiikkkkkkkk

Her voice clearly shows that she was sleeping till the very moment and this thought makes Kartik angry on himself. What was the need for him to call her now? Didn't he know that she is pregnant and their call crossed midnight and she must be catching up on her sleep? Didn't he know that she needed to sleep?
While all these thoughts were making Kartik silent Naira rubbed her eyes and looked at the clock which showed 7:03 , this made Naira jump out of her bed.
Naira: Its 7:03 ....Kartik sorry I ...I slept
Naira's voice stirred him back to life
Kartik: Im sorry for calling you and waking you up Jaan
Naira: Sorry? Kartik its 7:03 Im indeed late and you are asking sorry for waking me up.
Kartik: Naira Im just reaching there by 7 30 but we will leave for our house only by 10 30 so there is nothing urgent you can continue your sleep
Naira: I wanted to get ready for you like the Naira of your dreams but Im screwed up now. What will I do in 20 minutes?
Kartik: You are beautiful just the way you are. Even if you are in your night suit with your hair messy just like how you are now
Naira sees herself in the mirror and realises that she is just the way Kartik described. Her cheeks turn red as she blushes
Kartik: And yeah this blush of  yours
Naira gasps at this comment and looks here and there to see if he was nearby but realises that her Kartik is just telling everything by just imaging her in his mind.
Kartik: That makes you the Naira of my dreams
Naira: Par I wanted to get ready for you, like
Kartik: Acha fine fine...you are a sherni and you can do anything in 20 minutes. But dont stay inside for long, I wish to see you the moment I step into the house
Naira: Ill disconnect the call and get ready if I have to fulfil this wish of yours
She disconnects the call and rummages her cupboard to find her outfit. Just then she hears a knock on the door and turns to see Akshara and Naitik at the door
Naira: Muma Papa...come in naa..you need not knock the door
Akshara: You are a married woman now and as parents we must respect your privacy. Naira I hVe a wish
Naira: Tell me muma
Akshara: I didn't get to attend your wedding nor did I get the chance to send you off at your bidaai, but now there is a chance to send you to your in laws house and I wish to send you dressed as a bride. Is that okay for you?
Naksh walks in with Keerthi who is carrying a box in her hand
Naksh: Muma she will accept anything unless we send her with Kartik, hena?
Naira turns pink from head to toe. Even after being married for one year, being pregnant with his child she was still teased with his name and just the mention of his name made her blush all over. There is something in her mendak she thought as Naitik, Akshara , Keerthi and Naksh laugh on seeing her state.
Keerthi: Naksh..dont make her blush any harder, then Kartik's heart beat will turn chaotic
Naira bites her lip trying to control her blush but nothing works and she ends up blushing harder
Akshara hugs Naira
Akshara: Bas bas Kartik will be on his way. Naira you get fresh and get dressed then Ill get you ready, is that okay?
Naira: Muma you need not ask , I missed you so much every moment but while getting ready for the wedding though Gayu di and Karishma chachi made all efforts to help me I missed you terribly.
Akshara: Ab ye shikayat dur karungi mein
Keerthi: Shall I help too?
Akshara: Of course beta. Naira get dressed and call us
Naira nods and gets inside the washroom while others walk out closing the door.

The scene shifts to Kartik's car
Kartik is sitting in back seat. His craziness since morning made Manish volunteer to drive the car instead of Kartik. Kartik's activities were beyond sanity.

He had woken up way before the expected time. Sleep was not in his name for the night but still he tried hard to bring it on Naira's insistence on the call. His efforts finally ended and so did his sleep. From the moment he woke up his heart was a chaos. He raced up and down to his room and the living room. He took a long shower and stood in front of the mirror trying one dress after the other. She was away just for a night and that made him go crazy. He cursed his stupidity as he remembered sending her out on the day of Shubham's death. He promised to himself that it will never repeat. After trying shirts and t shirts he finally found satisfaction as he chose a new sherwani lying inside his cupboard. He remembered that it was a gift from her, one among thr many she gave for his birthday but all these days he never has the time to look at it. As he tried it he grinned with happiness. Her selection for him could never go wrong and this was proven once again. After getting ready he was running here and there bumping into everyone on the way. Racing up to everyone and asking for time the whole house laughed at his craziness.
