The golden sunlight, becoming slightly orange because the sun is setting, is the only thing lighting up the room. The window is open and the sound of cars passing by reaches our ears pretty easily. Everything would be so soothing and peaceful if we weren't all absolutely heartbroken.

A man named Abel, whom none of us knew, made his appearance today. Ever since the second the bronze saints and I saw him, every minute has been a living hell.

The world is ending.

Abel is Athena's brother and he decides to take her with him.

Athena asks us to come and see her only to announce us that she will follow Abel and manage without her knights.

Not only Abel has his own knights at his service, but he brought the gold saints back to life, and they are now on his side as well. True to himself, Seiya tried to run after Saori when she was walking away with her brother. But one of Abel's protectors easily hurt him and drove his head into the wooden stairs with his foot.

Right now, I'm surprised that Seiya doesn't have any further injuries. I think a normal person would have been completely defaced by such an attack.

Our friends and I took Seiya back to his house after that mess. Now, we're all questioning our lives in his room. Seiya, especially. As he is sitting on the bed, his head leaning forward and his elbows resting on his knees, I'm sitting right behind him and wrapping white bandages around his head. The open first-aid kit has been on the table in front of us for several dozens of minutes, and I had to apply a lot of products on Seiya's wounds already.

"There, do you feel better?" I ask him after I'm done with the bandages.

"You mean physically? I've been through worse," he responds. His voice is at a normal volume, but completely monotonous. Kind of like what you would expect a talking robot to sound like.

I know his mood has never been lower. He and his friends just got left alone by the goddess they had sworn to serve. If I could, I would go to find that stupid girl, wherever she is, and I'd ask her what the fuck she thinks she's doing.

But I can't. I don't even know where to find her. And besides, who am I to persuade a goddess to do something or not to do something? No one. Seiya and the others could have a say in that, because they are her most loyal protectors and they fight for her. I, on the other hand, am not a saint and I'm not even that close to Athena.

"What do we do now?" Shun asks. "We are not even 100% sure Athena is safe with Abel. We don't even know this man."

"I know, but what is there to do exactly?" Hyoga asks him in response, turning to him. "She said herself that she wanted us not to come with her. She is our goddess. We have to respect the orders we were given."

"I wish we could at least know where she has gone," Shiryu comments. He is sitting in the dark, his arms crossed and his eyes closed. "But sadly, that wouldn't lead to much. As her servants, we have to obey her no matter what."

Being behind Seiya, I can't see his face, but I know for sure that he's shooting Shiryu a furious gaze. I know that his mouth is wide open because I hear him gasp in disgust. "But Saori's life might be in danger!" he says, outraged. "You think we should let our goddess die because she told us to stay away from her?!"

"Seiya," Hyoga's sad voice speaks, "I know how you feel, but we-"

"But what?!" Seiya asks, getting up and walking towards him. "Are you going to tell me that you care about Saori's orders more than you care about her and her safety?"

Now in the middle of the room, he talks to every single one of us. "We spent 12 fucking hours in a row fighting to save her while she had a golden arrow in her heart! We fought like crazy when she was at death's door in Sanctuary! Are you all going to tell me you fought all this time only because she told us to?!"
