There are unusual noises today, the sound of a running shower, the door of the bathroom clicking open, the sliding door of the walk-in closet, and someone moving around in the room.

All these noises brought you out of your deep slumber only to see your husband, Jeon Jungkook.

"Oh, you are awake, get ready and meet me downstairs, we've matters to settle."

So bossy. I freaking hate that bossy tone. Last two days I didn't hear any sound, did he do all of it on purpose today?

You showered, got into your work attire, and went downstairs.

Jungkook is talking to someone in the hall. He gestured for you to come.
"Y/n, this is Jung Hoseok, your driver and personal assistant."

You smiled lightly, tugged Jungkook's arm and excused yourself for a minute, and brought him aside, "Driver? I don't need a driver. I have my car."

"Your car or not, you are not going to drive", his eyes darkened.

"But- "
"Y/n, after what happened last night, I can't leave you like that knowing you are alone somewhere."

The worry in his eyes is making your heart flutter. He kept on saying how it's unsafe and all but those words are not reaching your ears.

"...and he will take you wherever you want..."
"Okay."
"Huh?"
"I said I'm okay with the driver", you smiled sweetly at him leaving him dumbfounded.

He can't believe that you agreed without defying him. Your security is his priority, he can't show his face to Jin if anything happened to you.

He followed you as you went to greet the man.

"Hi, I'm Y/n", you placed your hand forward for a handshake.

"Mrs Jeon", he held your hand and bowed lightly, "I'm Jung Hoseok."

"Mr Jung, I assume my brother has already sent my car back?", Jin called you in the morning about sending it.

"Yes ma'am."

"Ok, we'll discuss the timings shortly but your salary and allowances will be credited by me, not by Mr Jeon."

He glanced at the person behind you and Jungkook nodded his head.

"Sure, ma'am."
"Please wait outside, we'll leave shortly." He nodded and left.

You are having breakfast with Jungkook and he passed you a business card, "This is my number and I already have yours."

Does he have mine? How?

You have no idea, anyways, you just saved it on your phone as "Hot Husband", not that he'll see or anything 😉

"Although Hoseok will be with you all the time, call me, if anything. I'm leaving now", his voice robotic.

Why does he talk to me as if I'm his business client or something? So bossy.
