We all go over the plan one last time then, hopper gives Steve the key to his car so we can drive to dustins radio tower.
"Oh man! This- now this is what I'm talking about!" Steve says as we walk to the car.
"Toddfather?" Robin asks.
"Oh screw Todd Steve's her daddy now." He says hopping into the car.
"Ok that was kinda hot." I say with a chuckle.
He winks at me with a smile and i sit next to him on the second front seat.
"Did you really just refere to yourself in the 3rd person?"
"Did he just call himself daddy?" Erica says.
"Yep."
"And did you just hit on him for that?" Robin asks to mess with me.
"Hell yeah."
Steve starts the car and we start driving.
"Wait are they finally dating?" Dustin asks.
"Yeah."
"Robin!"
"Sorry!"
"It's fine, yeah y/n's my boyfriend."
"So you finally got the balls to ask him out."
"Haha funny. But yes."
"Hey, nerds. A little less chitchatting and a little more driving like you aren't some old dead grandma!" Erica says.
Steve speeds up in response.
"Jesus how far is this place man!" Steve says.
"Relax! We're almost there!"
"Suzie must be really special huh? I mean if you built this thing just to talk to her?" Robin asks.
"I mean, no one's scientifically perfect but she is the closest a human can get."
"Suzie sound made up to me. she sound made up to you?" Erica says.
Me and Steve don't answer.
"Why are you hesitating?"
"We're not hsitating! She sound to- totally real!"
"Yeah I'm sure she's real Dustin we believe you."
"Turn left. LEFT!"
"There isn't a road here!"
"JUST GO."
We start going up a mountain.
"Where are we going?"
"Up!"
"We're not gonna make it!"
"Yes we are c'mon.. c'mon!"
We all get out of the car to walk up the rest of the hill.
