After cleaning up and redressing, Gojo had dropped Ayaka back off at the club where she eventually met up with her friends so she could all safely depart home. They were none the wiser to herdisappearance.
The two had parted expecting to never see one another again. A good fuck was a good fuck, nothing more and nothing less. Honestly, while he was good in bed, his big-headed attitude left a bad taste in her mouth.
If only they made them kind and that good in bed, she thought to herself.
Monday rolled around as it always did. Ayaka had a day job but said job had flexible hours that she didn't hesitate to take advantage of.

In fact, quite a bit of her life was laid out smoothly. She still lived with her single father who was a jujutsu sorcerer and was barely ever home. Living at home also meant she also never had to pay rent, her bank account certainly not hurting from that while being employed full time.
The only stipulation was running errands for her father considering he was often busy with travels. As expected, files with a sticky note sat on the kitchen counter when Ayaka woke to prepare breakfast. It looked to be some kind of report for a fourth year student who he had kept as an apprentice for their senior project. The sticky note told her to drop of the files with her grandfather, the principal, at the school.

Ayaka made her way onto campus before work as she did so often. While it was a nuisance to run such errands in her free time, she sucked it up seeing as she'd rather waste energy dropping off papers than paying rent for some tiny apartment.
She made herway through the hallways of the main building until she reached her grandfather's office. The door was shut tight but she could faintly make out the sounds of various voices on the other side. It was clear that some kind of meeting was being held.
Ayaka  gently knocked on the door and waited for permission to enter.
"Sorry for interrupting, Ojisan," she shut the door behind her and gave a small, respectful bow while holding the stack of papers right to her chest.
"No worries, Ayaka , my dear," her grandfather dismissed her apology as she stood up straight. "Principal Yaga is here to discuss plans for the upcoming exchange event for the next school year. They'll be hosting us this time." As her grandfather spoke, her eyes flickered to the figure that sat next to Yaga - Yaga being someone she was familiar with as a jujutsu administrator.
"You..." she ignored her grandfather's comment to gasp at the blindfolded individual. "What are you doing here?"
"You two know each other? I don't believe I ever introduced you to-" her grandfather was shocked and slightly worried.
"I'm on the clock, of course!" Gojo smiled, sitting on the couch next to Yaga with his arms and legs crossed - slouching in the cockiest manner. "Gakuganji," he turned toward her grandfather, "you never told me you had a kid - let alone a grandkid. Congratulations on finding someone to lay with you. And condolences to the person that agreed to do it!"
"How do you know each other?" He asked more urgently, her face turning pink as she could sense her grandfather's distaste for the fellow, ignoring Gojo's crude statement.
"We met when I was out with friends!" Ayaka  explained quickly. "He kept me company while they left me alone."
"Oh yeah, real good company, huh?" Gojo had that familiar shit-eating grin plastered on his face. "Best company you've ever had, I bet."
"Y-yeah, just company," she nodded with a pathetic smile as Gakuganji watched her closely to gauge her reaction. "My friends suck and he was kind enough to hold a conversation." He narrowed his vision before finally accepting and moving on. He'd have a more detailed conversation with her later so the worry would have to wait.
"You have something for me, my dear?" He inquired about the papers she was holding. It seemed as though he was relieved to know nothing had happened between them both, already knowing Gojo's tendencies.
"Oh!" Ayaka remembered after being distracted by anxiety. "Right, these from Otosan," she walked over to where he sat and handed him the pages.
"Perfect," Gakuganji glanced them over, "this is all this one needs to graduate."
"Cool, so then I guess I'll be on my way then!" Ayaka said quickly, escaping the room and leaning against the wall to catch her breath. She couldn't believe the person she just had sex with the night prior, a simple one night stand, was in a room with her grandfather.

What are the odds?! Ayaka thought with a pained expression on herface, back still pressed against the wall from your grand escape.
"Hey there," Gojo greeted as he slowly shut the door behind him. She jumped from his startling presence.
"Hi," she answered weakly once she calmed down, "I didn't know you were a sorcerer."
"Well I didn't know you were Gakuganji's granddaughter," he shoved his hands in his pockets, that stupid smile somehow glued or frozen on his face.
"Small world," she nodded back, "aren't you supposed to be in there?" She used her head to motion back to the office.
"They'll be fine without me. I'm more of a mediator of sorts...you know, coming from the most powerful family I get to have a say in the goings on...at least a little bit," he explained casually.
"Right, Gojo, that's where I remember that name from," Ayaka  spoke aloud to herself, looking diagonally down as she collected those thoughts. "That's, like, the top family, huh?" He didn't have to answer, the grin said it all.
"So, are you a sorcerer, too then?" He inquired after his quiet response to her question.
"Me? Oh no, I could never," she nearly stuttered, his beauty distracting even when sober. "I have no technique. I can't even see the cursed spirits!" She laughed pathetically. Ayaka immediately recalled how disappointed her grandfather had been upon learning she had no ability regarding jujutsu.
"So? That doesn't have to stop you," he shrugged. He was right. She had the ability to use cursed tools if she'd like. She heard they even made special lenses to help see curses. Her grandfather had encouraged her many times  to pursue these things.
"I also have no interest," she said a bit more aggressively than she probably would have liked. "But my father is one."
"Ah, so the old fart had a son. That means your family name is Gakuganji, too, huh?" He sounded proud to have connected the dots. "Gakuganji Ayaka ...doesn't really fit together well, now does it?"
"Gee, thanks," Ayaka rolled her eyes. This guy really has no filter. "Gojo Satoru doesn't necessarily roll of the tongue either."
"You're lying," he chuckled confidently, "I can see it in your eyes."
"Definitely not. If I remember correctly, that's not how Six Eyes works," she scoffed.
"Not using my Six Eyes, just natural intuition, baby."
"Uh huh, right," she shook her head and brushed past him. "I've got to get to work now."
"Oh, Ayaka ," he rolled on his heels so he could face her as she walked away. Ayaka paused and turned back around impatiently. "Let me give you my number. That way if I'm here or you're in the Tokyo area and you're feeling a bit...left out again, just give me a call."
She bit the inside of her cheek, weighing her options. Ayaka realized the sex was good enough to put up with his attitude and handed her phone over.
"See you soon...beautiful," he waved as she continued to walk down the hallway after he returned her device. She shivered at his pet name but continued walking. Soon my ass, she thought.

"Gakuganji-san," one of the students she knew as Todo Aoi grinned at her in the hallway as she continued to speed past. "Good to see you as always, looking...voluptuous as usual," his eyes always wandered where they shouldn't.
"Please, kindly shut up," Ayaka shook her head as she continued by. He was always one to have some sort of comment on her body, being the unintelligent meathead that he was. She new of his obscene habit of asking others what their "type" was.
"Bitch," he muttered under his breath.
Usually she'd have something to say back, but Ayaka was on a mission to get off campus as soon as possible and wasn't about to entertain an idiotic eighteen year old. She made a mental note to tattle to her grandfather later.

"Gakuganji," Ayaka 's manager stopped by her cube as she finished up her day's work.
"Buchou!" She swiveled her chair around to face them with a bright smile, a light nod as a bow in greeting.
"We've got another special project that requires some traveling. You're usually our go to seeing as you're always so eager to leave," they noted and she responded with another nod. "This time it's at our headquarters in Tokyo."
Ayaka smile quickly faded, realizing what this meant in regard to Gojo. But as long as she was able to resist temptation, everything would be fine! Right?

"You are to avoid Gojo as much as possible while you're there," her grandfather instructed as he and her father enjoyed a meal together. Ayaka had dragged her suitcase into the room to prepare to leave for her flight that afternoon. "Should you run into him again, dismiss him straight away."
"Any reason why?" She smiled in a teasing tone. Part of her enjoyed how Gojo irritated her grandfather. While she respected him as her relative, his ways of thinking were certainly outdated and he made sure to call out anything shedid that displeased him.
"He is a menace to the community," he replied simply, "the list of offenses is too long to explain any further." Her father chuckled at her grandfather's choice of words, knowing Gojo well enough to know that he was a troublemaker of sorts.
"Offenses? Are you sure you just don't like the guy? Surely if they are literal offenses to the jujutsu community the family would be removed from their position." Ayaka crossed her arms as Gakuganji smacked his lips together distastefully, his slouching body an irritatingly grotesque sight.
"He's gotten close enough," he responded in his gruff voice, her father minding his own business and enjoying his meal.
"Yeah, yeah," Ayaka  sighed and rolled her eyes, knowing there was no winning that argument. "I have to get going or I'll miss it. I'll see you when I get back," she leaned over to give her father a small hug goodbye as her grandfather simply huffed out of irritation.
"That daughter of yours...when is she going to settle down?" Ayaka  heard her grandfather through the door after closing it behind you. Talking about me behind my back, huh?
She decided to linger for a few moments to listen in.
"It's her life, she can do as she pleases," her father spoke with his mouth full.
"If she doesn't wed soon and produce a child that possesses a technique, the Gakuganji family could lose what influence it has left. You should have pushed her into sorcery when you had the chance."
"She can't even see them. What good is it to force your kid to do something they clearly have no interest in?"
"Are you sure you don't want to inherit my position?" Your grandfather changed the subject.
"One hundred percent sure, Otosan," she could hear the way her dad rolled his eyes.
"I'm an old man, with very little time left." Here he goes, Ayaka thought. "I don't like the jujutsu world I'm leaving behind, especially if it's in the hands of that limitless sorcerer."
"You act all high and mighty, but you're just a principal," her dad chuckled. Ayaka could already imagine her grandfather's livid expression.
She chuckled to herself and allowed her dad to take care of the rest. It felt good to know he was on her side of things.
