ELLA'S POV
Soon, I got my "I'm here" text message from Matt. I grabbed my phone and wallet- even though Matt's going to yell at me that he's paying- and began to walk out of the door.
"Hey where are you going dressed all fancy?" Baylen smirks, twirling me around, "A date." I answer, walking away from Baylen and out the door to which he followed me to.
"HAVE HER HOME BY 11!" Baylen shouts, waving to Matt like a dad, "Baylen shut the fuck up, I don't have a curfew you stink wad." I reply.
Matt smiles at me as he walks me to the car.
He lets me have aux as he drives.
And before I knew it, Matt was parking in a parking space. It was nearly 6 so there was no surprise that it was busy. I had never been to this restaurant before and it's in my own state.
"I remember you telling me you've never been to this restaurant before so I thought it would be a good idea to take you." Matt states with a chuckle as we head into the restaurant.
We finally get seated and a little girl and her sister who was probably about 13 or 14 were pointing and staring at us. You could clearly see her parents saying to stop pointing and staring, that's rude which makes me laugh a bit and Matt shake his head and roll his eyes with a smile.
"When can we double date with Sadie and Chris?" I joke as we both continue reading our menus.
Matt laughs before replying, "they're so cute together."
"I know right? Like oh my God you should have saw them this morning. Last night in the middle of the night, Chris came over, snuck into Sadie's room and they stayed up like all night, cuddling and watching movies." I inform him.
"That's where he went! I was looking for him." Matt laughs as a waitress comes to get our order.
