This is my first book so please don't come at me lmao (I know this ship doesn't make that much sense but I think it's a cute ship and atleast it isn't illegal)

Now since that's over let's start!

Griffin is a shy kid, he might not be if he actually had someone to talk to. Yea he has his parents but he's a only child. Just him. Of course it's very lonely but Griffen loves the quiet. Sometimes he likes to read and draw. If he has the option he'd definitely want to hang out with friends but he was basically invisible, no one knew who he was except his own parents. Wow what a bummer his family doesn't even know who he is either, whenever they come over or they go over to there's he is always mistreated. No one acknowledges him, they don't even know he's there. Sad isn't it? Well that's just a normal day for "Griffin Stagg" because he's always invisible till one day a kid passes by his house. Paperboy

Griffin liked Paperboy
He always waited outside for him to come around with the newspaper. He liked to read the paper but he also liked waiting for paperboy. He didn't know who he was exactly but he always brought a cute dog with him everywhere he went. He liked the dog but didn't really know about the dog (or paperboy) the only thing he knew about paperboy is that his real name is Billy but he doesn't like it when people call him that, he prefers paperboy.
Griffin thinks that's kinda cute
Not like he has a crush on paperboy no, no, no! Paperboy probably doesn't even know who Griffin is (even though they go to the same school) Paperboy was only in like 2 classes with him, sometimes he watched people's actions to see what there like. Griffin is a observer, since he can't talk to people without being blocked out and silenced he likes to acknowledge there movements or sayings to figure out there personalities. Yet everytime Griffin watched paperboys actions he doesn't know what'll happens next he's a "wild card" silly isn't it?

BONK!

"Ouch!" Griffin exclaimed getting thrown out of his thoughts he looked down to see a paper with a rubber band around it

"Sorry! My bad I didn't see you!" A kid on a bike said as he stopped the bike with his right foot pressing the pedal to stop

Griffins mind is blank but ends up looking up and sees paperboy with his hand over his neck rubbing it. Paperboy waves to him, he waves back staring blankly at him, he examines him. A light grey coat with dark blue shorts. Griffin looks shocked when he looks at his knees, he must've fallen, his right knee was bleeding. Griffin knew he should make a move

"Are you okay? What happened to your knee?" Griffin asks paperboy

"I fell off my bike while turning on the gravel-" paperboy explained then being interrupted by his dog running over to Griffin.

The dog rubs over Griffin wanting him to let him with little nudges on his shoulder and upper top.

"You can pet him, I think he likes you" paperboy said with a smile as he parks his bike on the side of the road and walks over to Griffin and the dog

Griffin extends his arm and starts petting the dog. Soft, was his first thought

"He's really soft" Griffin says while still petting the dog the looking up at paperboy and flashes a smile.

"Heh, yea!" Paperboy smiles back before saying "I didn't catch you name"

"I didn't throw it" Griffin smirks

Paperboy laughs at that response "well are you gonna throw it to me so I can catch it or not?" He smiles widely at Griffin and bends down to sit across from him with the dog in the middle.

"My name's Griffin" he responds

"Griffin?.." "Griffin Stagg" he says

"Alright Griffy, I have to go so I can finish my route" he says while getting up, Griffin has a light blush from the nickname.

"Hey wait before you go do you want a bandaid?" Griffin asked while paperboy turns to look at him

"Sure Griffy" he smiles as Griffin hurries into his house to grab a bandaid as he says "I'll be back!"

I don't know if this is short but I'm writing this one phone so yea
Most of this I made up along the way
