"What are you humming Ace-chan?" "UWAH!?! C-Cater-senpai...!?" I back away in shock, almost falling off the ladder. "Oh, be careful!" Cater-senpai grips on the ladder so keep it steady so I don't fall. I was able to keep my balance but dropped the paintbrush instead. "shit..." I sighed then went ahead to pick it up, "Mind giving me a warning next time?"

"Sorry~! You just seemed so lost in thought I already finished painting most of the roses for today." Cater-senpai stated. I look at the rose bushes and he really did finish most of them...why did he even ask for my help? "What were you humming earlier?" He asked again. "Just a song a classmate made for...something." I wasn't sure if now was the right time to tell him. It's just a side project anyway.

"Really? Can I listen!?" Cater-senpai asks with expectant eyes. "I- Uh...sure?" I open up my phone and hand it over to him. "I sounds good! But I feel like it's missing lyrics." Cater-senpai gives me back my phone. "I'm actually working it. Still figuring out the chorus though." I scratched the back of my neck in frustration. "Can I see?"

Cater-senpai's being so nosy...but I gave him the copy of the lyrics in my phone. I went back to painting the roses but then hear the familiar tapping of the keyboard. "What are you doing?" I ask. "I'm just adding a little something-something to make things more lively in the song. I AM in the Light Music Club, remember?" Cater-senpai gave me a wink before going back to typing. 'Oh right...I forgot about that.'

"And...done~!" Cater-senpai handed me back my phone and when I looked through it, nothing much has changed except for some phrases in parenthesis and a repeated verse of Hello's and Ca-Ca-Ca-Clap!'s. I look at him in confusion and he probably knows what I'm thinking about. "What? The instrumentals sounded lively so I added some pizzazz and you got more than just 2 verses. Not every song has to have something deep in it y'know?" He takes a deep breath, "Just trust me okay?"

I let out a sigh, "Alright then." Cater-senpai's smile turns into a grin, "Good luck with that, okay?"

"Hey! You're finally back!" I said as I looked up from my phone. "Sorry about that, we had some uh...trouble to deal with earlier." Deuce sighed. Cinque is being unusually quiet, and his smile isn't as wide as usual. "Did something happen?" Sice asks, turning from his chair. Cinque just shakes his head, "We're fine!" Even though he says that, I can tell he's texting faster than usual.

"Alright then! Progress report!" I cheerfully ask since it's been a while since we got together in the Music Room. "I think I'm just about done." Ace stated. I then turned to Deuce, "Deuce?" I called out to him because he seems so out of thought. "Huh? Oh right! I'm kinda done with it..." He replies sheepishly. "You okay? Cause pretty sure you're always staring at nothing recently." Grim bluntly stated. "I'm fine!"

I may be stupid but I'm not THAT stupid...Something's up with Deuce but if he doesn't want to talk about it then I won't pry.

I clapped to get their attention, "Let's work on choreography then! It's not my strong suit but balancing both singing and dancing will take up lots of stamina so something more simple yet complimentary would be best."
