Chapter 18
KIrsten's P.O.V.
"What?" I groggily mumbled. "It's Christmas," I stated, half asleep. "I'm going downstairs." I yawned.
"No," Harry laughed. "Look out your window."
"Why? To get a load of some palm trees?" I chuckled. I was hungry. "I'm going downstairs now. Merry Christmas, Harry," I said before ending my call. I was just opening up my door when I heard Zoe screech at the top of her lungs.
"FOR GOD'S SAKE YOU STUBBORN PIECE OF SHIT. LOOK OUT YOUR FUCKING WINDOW RIGHT NOW GODDAMMIT." Then, the door slammed and I looked around wide eyed, before tip toeing back into my room. I was taken by surprise, that's for sure. I pushed my hair back and I pulled down on my t shirt. I was afraid of what was to come. Had Zoe lit my front yard on fire?
I slowly peeked open the curtains, the morning sun leaking through, nearly blinding me. I pushed them both out of the way at the same time, and my jaw literally dropped.
Low and behold, I could even see from all the way up from my perch. It was a Mapex's Horizon HZB drum kit. With the white dw on it. The cymbals glistening in the sun. Harry was leaning up against a gigantic vinatge car, that, oh my god.
"YOU DID NOT!" I screamed, throwing my window open. "You didn't! You didn't you didn't YOU DID NOT! NO!" I was jumping up and down and might as well have fallen out of the sill.
"Wait, is that a good thing," A guy who looked maybe a year older than Harry said. Brown side swept hair. An earing. Muscular, kind of stocky.
"Get down here!" Harry called, his grin plastered on his face. I was just taking in his preppy appearance, and Zoe's ugly sweater, and how she was drooling over someone in a white tee shirt. I nearly trampled down the stairs, I was so giddy and I couldn't contain my self.
"Honey?" My mom called, from her room. "What is going on?" She asked worridly.
"C'mon!" I urged her, I took her hand, she was down stairs sipping on some coffee.
"Zoe just had a fit..." She stated.
"Mom, let's go!" I scrambled out the door and and no one even seemed to care that I had no pants on.
The sight outside was something that went together perfectly, just the scenery and the people in it. This is all I saw. Just try and picture it.
- A perfect drum set, all mine. Silver rims shining in the sun, along with the cymbals.
- my momther's dream car that she had fantasized about ever since she was young. The color matching the sky, with a bright red ribbon on the hood.
- My PMS bestfriend holding a huge rectangular gift and dressed in an ugly sweater, topped off with a santa hat.
- The guy I am dating, decked out in a preppy get-up. A blue blazer with his initials in cursive, a black bow tie that was slightly crooked, white converse and khaki pants, his green eyes looking starry as the orange sun made him glow.
- Niall Horan, wearing a plain white T shirt and black shorts, leaning against a huge moving truck. (Was the truck necessary?)
- A boy who I didn't know that I described earlier. He was looking pretty proud of the drum set.
- Then I looked down at me, little miss-no-pants-on.
- My mother, hands cupped around her mouth as she was breathing heavily and waddling towards her new car.
