I got up saw the stain and nearly started crying. This is so embarrassing I've just bled all over his bed. He's probably going to think I'm rank now. Those were the thoughts running through my head.

Mason saw me looking panicked and came over to me and started asking what was wrong.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing it's nothing don't worry." I said trying to move him away from the bed so that I could just quickly clean it without him knowing.
"Oh I see it now." He said.

I wanted to start crying. Not only has he now seen it but he sounded so shocked and disgusted.

"I'm so sorry honestly. I'll clean it up now just give me a minute to go to the toilet." I said.
"No it's fine don't worry about it, you go and do what you need to do and I will stay here and clean the sheets.
"Okay but I kind of don't have any tampons so can you please go downstairs and ask for some?" I asked trying to just move away from the conversation.
"Yeah I'll be back now."

He said as he left the room. I went into the bathroom and go into the shower so that I could get the blood off me. The weird thing is that I've been on birth control so I haven't had my periods in like 7 months.

I got out of the shower when I heard Mason knock on the bathroom door.
"Okay so I've got pads and tampons, I'll leave them outside of the door."
"Okay thank you so much."

I quickly put in a tampon and got changed into some comfy clothes. I was brushing my teeth when I remembered that I hadn't taken my pill for 3 days. I think it was because I've been so busy with everything recently. At least I knew why I had started my period now.

It was 5pm and I had just been chilling all day in Masons room watching tv because my cramps were horrible.

Harry said he was going to come over but he still hasn't turned up so I'm guessing he forgot.

Mason had been with the boys all day and hasn't really spoke to me today. I was getting nervous that maybe he didn't like me anymore and that the whole period situation had put him off but I didn't want to stress about it to much.

Masons Pov||

Me and the boys where chilling in Decs room all just playing FIFA before we had training. Training started at 7pm and ended at 9pm so it was a late one.

I wanted to tell Dec about how I made a move on Tessa last night but I know he would just take the piss out of me and would tell everyone on the team.

The more I was thinking about me and Tessa the more I'm starting to think she doesn't like me. For example when I get flirty with her she shuts it down after like a minute, and she never makes a move on me. So I don't know if she even likes me. I decided to just give her space and just push those thoughts out of my head.

Even though she is very attractive I know that Jack likes her aswell so maybe he can go for her and I also saw this girl on Instagram that I thought was leng so maybe it's worth giving her a chance.

Tessa's Pov||

It was around 6pm and all of the England boys stormed into Masons bedroom.
"Hi Tessa." A few of the boys said.
"Hi guys." I replied.

It was very awkward between me and Mason for whatever reason but I just carried on talking to everyone.

"Tessa you do know we have training in an hour so we need you to stretch us in like 5 minutes." Jack informed me.
"Wait I didn't realise that I did the group stretches with you lot." I said.
"Yeah well Southgate told us to tell you cause we need to be stretched." Jesse said.

I was shocked that I needed to stretch everyone because Gareth didn't say anything about this to me when we were talking about the contract but I didn't mind, it would give me more time to get to know everyone anyway.

While everyone was in Masons room I went into the toilet and started getting changed. I was wearing black gymshark leggings, a Nike cropped black shirt and a black north face coat.

By the time I left the bathroom only Mason was left in the room.
"Right come on I will show you where we need to go." He said bluntly.
"Okay." I replied.

We were walking down to the stretching room together in silence. I don't know why it was awkward between us now. I hope it's not like this for long.

We had made it into the room and it was full of yoga mats and all of the boys had already picked one each to be on.

I started to get the boys nice and stretched ready for training until the man that was at reception came up to me and told me that my room was finally finished being renovated.

I was very excited to go back and see it but first I had to sort out some of the boys yoga positions as they were horrible.

I went over to Marcus and Harry and helped them stretch. After I had done that I went over to Jack. He seemed to be in a bit of pain, which I was confused about.
"Hey are you okay? You look like your in pain." I asked.
"Yeah it's just my calf's they are really hurting today." He replied.
"Okay I'm going to give you a calf massage and hopefully it will ease the pain."

I gave Jack a nice calf massage and throughout it we kept making eye contact and I was enjoying it. Maybe Mason ignoring me was a good thing because now I can get to know Jack a lot better.
