on the run

Part 3

The older generation and my generation of dauntless came in and m family was in the mix I'm going to train these people as hard as I can and the newborns and transfers are going to be with them as well. They were talking and I couldn't get their attention. I stood up and started to climb and I jumped down.  I grabbed the bell that was heavy and I grabbed the rope and began to swing to the other side the bell started to ring and it was loud. I jumped down and I got everyone's attention. "Everyone knows why you are here and I know some of you do. Everyone in my generation and the older generation is getting ranked and tested again  of their strength and gun training and other things." Everyone was looking at me like I was crazy but I wasn't making it up or anything.

"If you guys don't want to be tested again you can be factionless it's up to you how you work.  If you are below the line you are cut and you won't be going onto the second cut or anything."  I was walking back and forth when I was talking and I know the new kids were scared but they had more training than everyone. "Everyone grabs the  bags of sand and starts running with them and the drill is called sandbags suicides." Everyone grunted and moaned because I know they hated this drill so much but I want the to gain more muscle. My parents and my sister were trying so hard and they were ahead of everyone because I trained this morning with this but heavier and I don't even recognize them at all. 

The leader came down and I went over to him and see what he wants. He didn't look happy to see me at all. "Good morning." He didn't say that back and I knew something that is up. I looked down at the ground and I didn't know what to say at all. "We found your family and they are in full-blown custody." I was confused about how they found them buts it was ok because they look different now and I knew those people who claimed to be my family aren't them. "How did you find them?" He didn't say anything at all but I knew people are trying to protect me and my family. "A dauntless born found abnegation clothes in the fire pit and he knew it was them and he found them so you don't have to worry about losing your job." That was still a relief but I have to take my family's candor so I don't have to get in trouble at all. He walked away after he said and I walked back to where everyone was. "STOP!"

They jogged back near me and I knew they were sweating and that's a good thing I had a smirked on my face and I went up to the fight mat and they all looked at me like I was crazy.  "Two of you at a time are gonna fight until one of you can't anymore and I know all you guys did this before." I knew they weren't happy with me but they have to do it because it's one of the stages to pass and I'm only worried about my sister mostly because she can't fight at all.
