Bellamione - Last Hope (English Version)

Chapter 5

Hermione's P.O.V.:

I was about to answer her when...

Molly burst into the room. "Nymphadora it's time. They sent us the message." I saw on her face that she was extremely scared. Nym gave her a nod and she left. "Mione, we'll talk later. I have to go." As she got up and walked to the door, I grabbed her arm. "I'll go with you," I said firmly. "No! Hermione, this is far too dangerous. Think of the baby!"

I knew she was right. Still, I had to speak to Bellatrix. "Please?" She looked me in the face and saw my pleading eyes. She shook her head slowly. "No. I'm sorry. If I see her I'll make sure nobody kills her."

Then she just left. I was alone.

Nobody was there anymore.

At some point I went down the stairs. There they were, I just caught Nym taking Teddy to her father. Everyone was buzzing around in a few minutes. Then, one by one, they disappeared beyond the Apparition Line.

Hours passed in which I waited and slowly it got light again. So I decided to follow the others. I wouldn't wait for just a few of them to come home.

So I went out and did what everyone told me not to do. I Apparated.

Hogwarts battlefield

When I arrived there was fighting everywhere. I ran between everyone looking for my friends. Now and then I dodged a curse, shot some back. Until I saw Ginny.

"Ginny!" I yelled. As I ran towards her. She turned around and hugged me briefly. Before she said, startled, "Hermione, what are you doing here?" "You don't seriously think I'll let you guys win a war alone?!" she grinned.

We ran through the castle together and fought back to back. Eventually we ran into Molly who just gave me a glare and said, "I knew you were going to show up here sometime."

A little later I was standing near a cliff with Ginny. At the edge of the cliff we saw Bellatrix and Molly fighting. First I froze then ran towards the two.

"Molly! Stop! Let me do it!" She didn't understand. Still, she lowered her wand. "Hermione, what are you up to." Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Professor McGonagoll join us.

Bellatrix did nothing. She, too, had lowered her wand. "Well, what are you up to Mudblood. Do you want to talk sense into me?" She laughed like crazy. "No! No, I don't want that. But only because I know you would never hurt me."

She looked at me confused. I took another step towards her. We were now only thirty centimeters apart. Very slowly, not wanting to startle her, I lifted my hand and put it on her shoulder. She flinched at the touch. "What you are doing?!" she asked.

She was extremely nervous and kept glancing back and forth between my eyes. I don't answer her. Instead, he looked deep into her eyes. I had to concentrate hard or I would lose myself in her incredible eyes again.

I briefly thought about how to formulate it, then I just started.

"I trust you. I trust you because I know you would never hurt me. You don't want any of this, Bella." I took my hand off her shoulder and gently placed it on her cheek. Tears welled up in my eyes as I decided what the last one would be like. She looked at me completely confused but didn't do anything else.

"Fight! Fight it Bella! I know you can and will!" I gave her a kiss on the cheek. Then I turned and looked at the others. I slowly walked backwards towards the cliff.

Bellatrix still stood there. I hadn't realised that something in her eyes changed. Ginny tried to ran to me, but Minerva stop her. I swear i could hear her say „Wait, I know what shes doing" I looked at Bellatrix one last time. Taking a deep breath bevor i whisperd „Bella?" .
She looked me in the eyes, the i let myself fall.

The Wind was feeling cold. Without talking i used a spell. Still seeing the end of the cliff, then i could feel the Water hugging me like it was waiting for me all this time.

Bellatrix P.O.V.:

I woke up slowly. My memories came back. I was in control of my body again. I heard a soft "Bella?" That was clearly Hermione's voice. She stood on the edge of a cliff and fell.

At first I didn't realize what had just happened. I ran to the edge of the cliff and jumped. I would get her. Just before the surface of the water I cast a Bubble Head Charm. Then I dived in.

It was pretty dark. I could see her better through a lumos. Her eyes were closed. I swam to the surface with her and Apparated us up onto the cliff. I put them down carefully.

"Hermione? Hermione say something: You can't be dead! Not when I've got you back now! Hermione?" I sobbed.

So the next chapter will be the last one. after that you will only get an epilouge
