Jungkook and Purple Angel

Chapter 7

Alice POV

I try to clear my head and focus on the work, but is hard knowing that it's just a wall that separates me and Jungkook. I start asking Knights about their coming up Caribbean cruise.

While Mr Knight relaxes himself on comfortable sofa and switches on TV, looking for sports channel. England is about to play vs Portugal. I look at Mrs Knight and give her a simpatetic smile, while she shakes her head looking at her husband.

So it's Mrs Knight and I, that will shop today and Mr Knight won't move from this sofa all afternoon watching his match. Boys will be boys, doesn't matter what age they are...

I spend some time with her and Lisa picking up some swimwear and summer dresses. Returning with all the pieces back in Private Suite, I leave Lisa to help her to try it all on.

While armed with list of what is needed for Mr Knight I make my way to Designer mens department. I chat away with sales assistants, looking at rails of polo shirts, selecting some.

When I hear cheerfull voice calling my name... I look around, spotting waving hand. Its Hobi... with baseball hat on his head, if I didn't know, I wouldn't recognize him.

I smile back at him and say hello, while my heart is beating loud in my ears. Maybe Jungkook is here too... I sence him...before I see him...behing approaching me.

His arm brushes past mine, giving me goosebumps.

- Alice ? - asks Jungkook stopping few feet away from me, he has his bucket hat low, so I can just about see his beautiful eyes. With smile not leaving his face. Damn he is so close and looks so hot... I think I will pass out.

- Hello Jungkook...- I say nervously while looking around for their security. I am worried if someone would recognise them. Then they would be ambushed with fans and that could definitely
be dangerous.

I come closer to Jungkook and ask him quitely:
- Jungkook, where is your security ?

- In the bathroom.. why ? Are you worried about me Alice ? - he vispers back, his breath fanning my face with a smirk.

- Yes, I am worried ! - I urgently say with worried eyes.

As I remember how it was when One Direction boys where recognised by fellow shoppers few years back. It escalated quickly and it was real mess. Thankfully nobody got hurt. I really don't want the same to happening to my boys.

- Where are Jimin and Taehyung ? - I ask looking around.

- They stayed in the suite, as football match was on... - answers Jungkook

Phew I exhale laudly, at least is only two of them I have to worry about.
Jungkook is chuckling while looking at me, saying confidently:

- Don't be scared Alice, nothing will happen.. Nobody would recognise us with our hats on...

He winks at me and strokes my arm up and down with his. His touch sends electric sparks and my stomach is now filled with butterflies. I am all covered in goosebumps...I stand still, not able to move...blush creeping up my cheeks. While we stare at each other.

- Omg they are here !!! it's Hobi and JeyKey !!! - screams a girl few steps away from us, surounded by group of girls, ready to run to our direction ...

We both turn our faces at them, then back our eyes locking. I swallow hard with panicked eyes.
Taking his hand in mine quickly, I turn to Hoseok and shout:

- Hobi, run with us now!

Hoseok doesn't waste time, he jumps over display table and grabs Jungkooks hand.

Three of us run together, I am leading them through department, while turning back I see group of girls behind us catching on... seriously!?... what is wrong with these crazy girls!?!

I grab a phone and dial security.
- Andrew, my clients were recognised, we are in mens designer department, group of girls are running behind us. I will lead them through Trevor square passage underground. Please also call Peter and check if clients are still in 1st private suite and their security pressent. Thank you.

I stick my phone back in mine pocket, breathing out and checking on guys behing me. Both of them are running laughing. I can't help and laugh myself. Looking down at my hand...mine fingers are linked with Jungkooks, I blush meeting his eyes. He is looking back at me grining. While I can't believe this is happening to me...

As we round the corner, I usher them through double doors that are for staff only. All luxury and glamour are behind us now, as we enter cold grey bunker like long corridor. It's used as passage to storages filled with clothes and were deliveries come through in the store.
We stop running and I reluctantly release Jungkooks hand. He keeps my hand in his for a little longer and then lets it slip.

I clear my voice catching my breath.

- I am sorry about that... Now we will walk through this corridors and come out to other side of the store...Just to be safe, incase they are not dealth with security. I give them a nod and smile.

- That was fun!  - laughs Hoseok.

- Yeah ! - Jungkook laughs back

- I won't need to hit the gym tonight, had good workout already... - he adds laughing.

Jungkook POV

I notice her worried expression and give her shoulder a squeeze saying:

- Thank you Alice, you saved our butts out there! -  giving her a wink and smile.

- Yeah ! - agrees Hoseok.

- Thank you Alice ! They looked a little crazy - while turning finger next to his temple.

- When you shouted run, I felt like I was in a movie. Wait...but you said it in Korean...Do you speak Korean ? - asks Hoseok excitedly.

I stare at her with small smile on my lips...I knew it... thinking in my head.
Alice blushes, then she clears her throat, fiddling with hair nervously. She is backed in the corner now and there is no way out.

- I speak a little ... - she answers shyly, looking at her shoes.

- So you also understand it as well right ? - I ask her smiling.

- Yes, I understand a little... - she answers with small smile.

Me and Hoseok look at each other, mine eyes wide and Hoseok is hardly containing his laugh.

- That's Amazing ! - says Hoseok excitedly.

- Great...that's really great... - I mutter emberassed, my eyes downcast, now blush creeping up my face. Damn...my cover is blowned.

As I remember how Jimin mentioned Alice and that it was me who came here to find her. I take mental note to warn guys to be more careful next time while speaking in front of Alice... She definitely understood everything in Korean...
