You: "Mr. Kent, I'm not sure that's the best idea. After what just happened I'm pretty sure your son is never gonna want to see me again." Johnathan: "i find that hard to believe, Clark's not one to walk away from a challenge." You: "excuse me?" Johnathan: "I hurd what went on, *you sigh* Clark has always had a soft spot for people who need help. But I can tell by the look on his face that's not the case with you." You: "I'm confused.." Johnathan: "have you ever seen what my wife calls a "love glow" in someone's eyes?" You: "no...". Johnathan: "Clark sees something in you miss lane, I couldn't tell you what but he does." You: "what could he possibly see in me? Im nothing Mr. Kent." ?: "I don't believe that." *You turn around to see Clark standing there* you: "I'm not asking you to, but it's the truth." Clark: "y/n, even nothing is something. Regardless of what you think about yourself..none of it is true." Johnathan: "we all have our flaws y/n, but it's up to us as to if we let them define who we are." You: "I wish I could make you understand...I will never be good enough for somebody. Just because I don't look like..." Clark: "Lois? *You look up at him* why be someone your not?" You: "she has it all Clark. The looks, the friends, the guys. All I have is Chloe and nerdy glasses." *Clark smiles* Clark: "first, quit trying to be Lois. Sure she's got a lot going for her, but she lacks one thing *you look up* she's not you. As for the glasses...I think they make you even more beautiful." *You blush* ?: "Are you boys ready for dinner?" *You look over to see a woman standing there smiling* Clark: "we are but first there's someone I want you to meet. *She walks over* mom this is y/n Lane, y/n this is my mom Martha." You: "it's nice to meet you Mrs. Kent" *you smile and so does she* Martha: "you to y/n." Clark: "mom can y/n join us for dinner?" Martha: "absolutely! I hope you like burgers, we are having something simple tonight." You: "that sounds great*you smile*" *you get a text* you: "awesome...." Johnathan: "everything okay?" You: "ya, my parents and Lois just left to go to her college tour a few states away." *You look up and see Jake waving at you* Clark: "you'll stay with us." You: "thank you but I don't wanna impose." Martha: "we insist, we can stop by your house on the way to the farm and you can grab whatever you need." *She smiles* Clark: "well then we should get going, may I?" *He holds out his hand and you take it. Well walking to the car you text Chloe* you(the text): "this is to good to be true, the Kent's have offered me a room well everyone is away and Clark is..." *You hit send* *a few minutes later your phone dings* Chloe(text): "perfect?...I know. And the bonus is how many people are starting to notice you two together. You may have found your hero y/n."
