Marinette sat stiffly on her balcony armchair. God, her back was so sore. All the stressing over Monarch, studies, running around on rooftops and fighting that huge version of Oni Chan, she was so sick and tired of the pressure. Of course, she had her kitty with her, and they would get through it. Still, you couldn't blame her for wanting to relax a little.
"Hey Princess, whatcha thinking about?"
Speak of the devil.
Marinette let out a startled shriek and almost toppled of the chair. Chat Noir quickly wrapped his arms around her to keep her from falling.
"Whoa, whoa, I'm sorry for startling you that bad! Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." Marinette answered, trying to hide her involuntary flinch.
"Well, your face tells me otherwise, Princess. What happened to your back?"
"Nothing, my muscles are just really sore."
Chat arched his eyebrow, eyes twinkling. "Is that so? Well, princess, you should know I given excellent massages. You know, since I'm so perfect." He smirked at her.
Marinette resisted the urge to facepalm.
"I'd rather not have my back broken instead, Chat.""Me-owch! That's what you think of me! You wound this fragile heart, Purrincess!" He let a dramatic sigh, making the siliest heartbroken kitty eyes.
Marinette let out a giggle. "Go home, Chat."
"But Mari, I really do give the best massages! When my mom used to come home from work all stressed, I used to give her my massages and she always slept better!"
"Sounds like you should go and give her a massage instead, kittycat."
Chat's face suddenly fell and he looked away from her. "I, I can't. She disappeared over a year ago."
Marinette's head whipped up so fast, Chat was surprised she hadn't injured her neck. "Oh, Chat... I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to-"
He cut her off sharply. "It's fine. Just forget about it."
Marinette felt really, really bad. Who knew Chat lost a parent? She always thought he would have this whole joint family with all aunts, uncles and siblings, all living happily and punning all the time. Maybe she was wrong about that too. Suddenly, Marinette had an idea.
"You know what, Chat, just give me the massage."Chat looked at her in surprise. "Really?"
"Yes, Chat, really."
"Thanks, Mari."
"Oh, just come on inside, kitty."
"You want me to give you a massage... on your bed?" Chat tilted his head sideways in question, blushing.
Marinette blushed too at the way it sounded. "Yes, Chat. Now stop making it awkward... Unless you're not comfortable with th-"
"No! I'll give you a massage on your bed."
Red spreading to the tips of his ears, Chat climbed over the back of her legs to reach her back. In this position, he was practically sitting on top of her. Carefully, he reached his hands down to her sore shoulders. Marinette braced herself, expecting it to hurt, but if felt really, really good. His hands skillfully pressed lower on her back as he kneaded the knots out. She couldn't resist letting out a low moan of content. His fingers froze, but then he was back to massaging. By the time he was done, Marinette was a sighing mess as her muscles were freer and looser than ever before. She turned around to face Chat, only to have her breath hitch in her throat. Chat's eyes burned into hers, sending shivers down her spine. They were full of so much adoration, and someting darker that filled her with longing.
"You untie the knots of my heart, Marinette." His voice was so sincere and it was all it took for Marinette to grab his face and pull him down to her.
They let simultaneous moans as their lips met. The passion only built as Chat kissed her back with even more vigour. He pushed her back on the bed, and climbed over her again his fingers slipping into her hair. She whimpered as his tongue slipped into her mouth and circled hers.
They kissed for what felt like hours before Chat's ring started beeping. He pulled back slowly. "Princess." He said reverently, staring into her eyes. She caressed his jaw and then stiffened as she heard his next words. "I love you."
Dang it, I didn't mean for them to go into total makeout mode! I just wanted to write some Marichat fluff! And how do I always leave it like this? Don't ask me, cause I don't have an answer. Anway, see you next time!
