This is a one chapter book because I have no idea how to continue with my other books and I have so many ideas for new ones that would be good enough for a long chapter.
_________________Cheryl was currently in her room, under her covers with tears rolling down her cheeks. It was just a normal Saturday night for her, she'd stay in her room and cry her eyes out while all of her friends, enemies, frienemies and long lost lovers would be out partying and drinking to make sure that they would wake up with major hangovers the next morning.
Cheryl wasn't just crying for nothing. She was crying over her ex lover, Toni Topaz. The two girls ended their one year and a half relationship 7 months ago. It was difficult for both of them. That cold night 4 months ago was the worst for Cheryl as she was accused of cheating. Toni didn't give her time to explain herself and just left, ending things between them for good.
The week that had came after that night was a week of desperation for Cheryl as she tried to contact her ex lover, asking for nothing but a chance to let the taller girl explain herself but Toni wouldn't pick up the phone, neither would she answer Cheryl's text messages.
The redheaded girl isn't always like this though, she doesn't cry as often as she used to cry over Toni. You could even say that she had finally starting to make peace with the fact that she lost her for good. You could even dare to say that she would be interested in getting to know new people and start flirting again. Of course the thought of Toni would pop up in her head every now and then but she could deal with it just fine.
That night though wasn't one of the nights that she would just get flashbacks, sigh sadly and move on with whatever she was doing. No, tonight Cheryl was sobbing in her pillow and her mascara was ruined and was running down her cheeks. All you could hear was muffled cries coming from her room.
Cheryl was crying so hard that couldn't even breathe and she was gasping for air. Her mind was filled with guilt. It was her fault. Was it actually cheating? Was it Toni's fault? What if she hadn't gone out that night? Would she still be with Toni? Did Toni love her at all? Why didn't she let her explain herself?
All those thoughts were running through Cheryl's mind as she was crying and was looking at pictures of her and her ex lover. After the guilt and the pain there was anger. She screamed and cried even harder. She hated herself and for a minute you could say that she hated Toni too. She didn't let her explain herself.
The night of the break up the ex girlfriends had gone to Veronica's birthday party. They walked into their friend's bar holding hands and whispering sweet nothings to each other. They were greeted by Veronica who told them to make themselves comfortable at the couch that all of their friends were sitting at and she suggested them a cocktail she was sure that the two girls would love.
They sat close to their friends and after 10 minutes Cheryl went to get them their drinks. Like Toni said, she was taking too long so she walked to the bar trying to find her girlfriend. When she finally found her she saw Cheryl being close to a boy. He had his arms wrapped around her waist and was pulling her in. Rage starting growing in Toni and she just stormed out of the bar. When Cheryl went back to the group of friends Toni was nowhere to be found and after a minute Veronica informed her that Toni left and she seemed so irritated and bothered.
Cheryl ran out of the bar praying that her girlfriend would be somewhere near that area so she wouldn't be hard to be found. Luckily for Cheryl, Toni was still in the driveway on her motorbike crying.
When Cheryl approached the crying girl she placed a hand on her back.
"What's wrong my love?" She asked not sure of what had gotten into the Canadian beauty
