How are you feeling Mr Rao???

Raghav regained consciousness after sometime only to find his family along with Farhad standing in front of him & a doctor sitting in a chair next to his bed. He sat on the bed properly with Farhad helping him & Pallavi adjusted the cushions behind him. He then answered.

I am fine doctor.

Raghav what happened to you suddenly?? Is everything okay??

Amma asked him. She and Kirti had returned home a while ago when the doctor was checking Raghav.

He is absolutely fine Mrs Rao. The doctor answered and turned to Raghav.

Mr Rao your BP had fluctuated. You had passed out due to overstress and anxiety. I advise you to take a proper diet & some rest. And it's not advisable for you to overstress yourself again and again like this. Please take this medicine only if necessary otherwise you'll be fine. Call me anytime if anything more happens.

Raghav nodded. The doctor handed over the prescription to Farhad & left with him. Amma and Kirti Also went to prepare food after asking Raghav to rest. All this while Raghav and Pallavi were continuously looking at each other.

This was the second time that Pallavi was seeing Raghav like this. She clearly remembered the Mandir incident when Raghav had a panic attack & passed out the same way as today. She was wandering if Raghav had any medical condition or if it was normal for him to get panic attacks like this on a Normal basis. And what might be the reason. While Raghav was looking at Pallavi and he saw the concern in her eyes for him. The same concern he had seen when Pallavi saved his life during his accident when Ved was out of jail. Despite being his enemy she had saved his life and he saw that she was genuinely worried & cared for him. Something which Raghav had not seen in past years. Something he wasn't used to. Nobody except for Farhad had ever taken care of him or been worried about him. Not even his Amma & Kirti. But then Pallavi Deshmukh was different. Different from the entire world. And today he had seen the same concern in her eyes and that did nothing but made Raghav more guilty as now he knew Pallavi was innocent. He felt the heaviness in his chest rising.

Finally Pallavi spoke breaking the silence.

How are you feeling now??? What happened suddenly?? Is everything okay??

I'm fine Pallavi.

Do you have any medical problem like asthma or something?? I had seen that day in Mandir also that you fell unconscious.

No it's nothing like that. I'm claustrophobic. Whenever I'm overtly stressed this happens.

Ohhh......Okay. You take rest. I'll go now. Lunch time is approaching. I'll help Amma & Kirti. And if.....if you need anything then you can call me.....

With that Pallavi left & Raghav again began to think. Regret washing over him all over again. What should he do now? How would he tell Pallavi that he had ruined her life for no reason. He had punished her for something she had no idea about. Will she ever forgive him? Or will he be able to forgive himself?

The whole day had passed in a blur & Raghav & Pallavi were in their room preparing for sleep. Raghav had decided that he would talk to Pallavi now as he couldn't keep this to himself anymore. He was in his thoughts when Pallavi spoke.

Tonight I will sleep somewhere else. You need rest as the doctor said so you shouldn't have any disturbances.
