Dreams POV: 

Today was going to be yet like any other day, until my father and mother tried to disturb my peace. 

"Clay, son we have been planning to organize a ball, princes and princess from other kingdoms, everyone will be there, I hope you choose one for yourself tonight, if not we can do it for you too, dress well and don't disappoint us" those words from his mouth makes me wanna run away.

"Yes father" I fake smile wanting to leave as soon as I can, "You are dismissed" one last bow and I make my way out of the room quickly. 

Don't get me wrong I do love my parents but when they start to act like the typical king and queen with me it makes me mad, like I am just 22, leave me alone, I am quite grown up to make my own decisions??

Anyway there's nothing I can do, I make my way to my room, "Your highness?" I turn to see my personal guard, also my bestfriend, Sapnap, "Stop calling me that" I groan earning a laugh from him. 

"Hmm no" he grins, "Whatever, did you hear about the ball tonight?" I ask him continuing to walk with him behind me, "Yes are you excited? cause I am" the excitement in his voice makes me frown.

I stop and turn around, "Why?" he glares at me rubbing his forehead, "Can you stop doing that?", "Hmm no" he glares at me again, "Well, someone might have caught my attention you could say" again he stupidly grins.

"And who might this person be?" 

"Prince George of Manburg Kingdoms' personal guard"  

The familiar name, Prince George, sparks a familiar feeling in my chest, "Oi lover boy you listening?" I snap out of my thoughts and look at Sapnap, there's a stupid smirk on his face.

"From when?" 

"Last months party" of course, it was a unforgettable one, the first time I ever met George, we clicked instantly, shame I couldn't see face because of the mask he was wearing, I hope I see him today.

"I see, make a move today maybe" I patted his shoulder and walked away, he didn't follow me, maybe he had another business,

Before I could properly fall asleep a loud knock interrupted it, why me, "Come in" I sat up properly on my head, still sleepy, "Your highness, your dress for the ball tonight, the King wants you down within the next 30 minutes" I nod watching the servant leave my dress on my bed and leave. 

"Why don't I have supernatural powers, I would just fly or teleport somewhere" I mumble to myself before getting up to get ready.

A deep olive green tail coat, with a beautiful green leaf brooch attached to it, a black waist coat, black bow tie, and beige color trousers, black formal shoes, I styled my long dirty blonde hair. 

I would date myself, damn

One last time I checked my reflection before turning away from the mirror, once I leave there's no coming back, I give my coat a little tug. 

"Clay you ready?" I hear a familiar voice call out from behind the door, "Yes" I hear the door open and see Sapnap with a amazed look on his face, "What?" I chuckled.

"People will be drooling over you today" 

"Oh yeah? Let them"
