"YOUR ROOMMATE COMES TOMORROW YOU EXCITED" your sister yelled. You smiled in response "I am actually it's been kinda lonely since you've left". "I just hope the girl is nice clean respectful you know" you had two other roommates that were far from. One would never clean up and steal food which annoyed you to the max. The other likes to share house keys you would come how to randoms on your couch.
"So have you heard any details from them"your sister asked sipping her coffee. " No just that they would be here tomorrow I mean I got the notice that they would split the rent and that the are a online college student". You got up from the table and threw your cup away. Your sister soon following behind you "ill see you tomorrow ava"you smiled before waving her goodbye.
You made it to your apartment it had three rooms 3 bath it was nice and since you didn't want an on campus dorm it was big .The real reason was your parents they wanted you to be apart of the real world yeah you could afford your own apartment. They insisted on building real world skills.For your 3rd birthday you got a real life pony and a tree house for your 13th you got to fly a private jet. Your family was always over the top but as soon as you turnt 18 it was all about people skills and shit.
You sat on the couch eating hot frys rewatching all of us are dead it was around 3.So since you didn't have anything else to dooo you decided to try and hook up the hookah you had got out of boredom.You gathered everything as sat on the floor of the living room with your led lights on pink. "Oh I'm sorry I thought you were someone else um do you need something". You said trying not to sound mean or intimidated "I'm your new roommate this is the right place right" he groaned before looking at the number on the door

"That's not a girls name" you said slowly try to process how they could've possibly given you a male roommate. This whole time you thought the name was for a girl or something. "Can I come in or what" he looked so unbothered "sorry about the mess your room is right there" you pointed off to a room. He quickly went in and shut the door and that was it.
You didn't even get to talk with him not that you really wanted to but. You needed to at least know about the rent and how you ended up with a male roommate.Or how old he was just any detail about him at all would've been nice. you quickly straightened up the house before knocking on his door. "Hey"it went silent as someone who was raising in your household you didn't take kindly to being ignored. "HEYY" you said louder and adding a little more strength to your knock "nig-". "What" he responded the door half cracked open "why didn't you answer the first time"
