Lily's Pov "LILY WAKE UP" I heard Charlie scream from outside my window. It had been a few months since we won the goodwill games. We got scholarships from winning too.
You're probably wondering why Charlie's outside my window at seven in the morning screaming his head off. Well Charlie's been my neighbor since we were six years old.
My family moved here from Los Angeles and we were greeted by welcoming hands. Charlie's mom being one of them, everyone always hoped that me and Charlie would end up together.
But me and Charlie never saw each-other that way probably because I always had my eyes for someone else.
Charlie's one of the only people who know I have a crush on Guy. I have since I first moved here, so yeah for like eight years? But he's always liked Connie which never annoyed me even though I had a crush on him.
Hm I wonder why, I couldn't think of that thought for much longer because Charlie came barging through my door.
"Lily how are you not even dressed school starts in twenty minutes, the whole gang is even waiting outside for us" Charlie said.
*shoot* I thought. I quickly got dressed into this

"IM COMING CHARLIE" i screamed i put on my skates and headed outside and saw the whole gang looking at me.
Especially Guy. *Weird* I thought to myself. "Looking nice as always" Adam told me while smiling, Connie laughed and told me "Of course she's looking nice I mean cmon y'all it's Lily" she then winked at me, I was always jealous of Connie, she had everything I wanted. Loving parents, brown hair, freckles, and Guy.
"Thanks" i said and we skated off to school.
We made a horrible entrance which was entirely Goldburg's fault and poor Charlie got blamed for it but of course he didn't mind. I found out I was roomates with a girl named Linda.
When I met her we extremely hit it off also finding out we had a couple of classes together which made me feel extremely happy.
I got through half of my classes because lunch was happening.
I grabbed my lunch box and saw my friends waving at me. I headed over there until I was interrupted by a boy who was surprisingly handsome.
"Um hello" I said "hey beautiful where are you heading off too, mind to sit with my friends and me" pointing at a lunch table.
"Oh I would but um I'm new here so I would just sit with my friends" I told him nicely.
"Okay but just know you can always sit with us" he smirked and then winked at me. I smiled back.
I then went to sit next to Charlie and Connie. "What was that?" Charlie asked me, "I don't know he just asked if i could sit with him"I told him.
Guy then rolled his eyes at me, *what has his problem* I thought. "I needa go to the restroom" Connie said "Jules and Lils can y'all come with me" she asked.
"Sure" me and Julie both said at the same time. We then went to the restroom, "so what's this about" Julie said. Me, Julie, and Connie always used the restroom as our secret code for when we need to spill the beans.
"Fine, I think i might break up with Guy" Connie said
