THURSDAY

two days later and YYB would go Halloween shopping with Lightbulb,Rocky and the rest of their friends

YYB: so how's it in Doodle Town?
1 minute later
GS: good. I guess. I never really got to say goodbye plus free ice cream so that's good.
YYB: How's Raisin? Just wondering.
GS: Well, he started his own company ever since Oodle sent him to Doodle Town, to...
YYB: draw?
GS: no. Find themselves.
YYB: oh ok
GS: Well rn I'm his only worker. I just have to sketch some stuff. ATM Raisins at Staples printing my artwork so we could sell them at our booth at the farmers market near Raisins house.
YYB: that seems cool. Do you see Jelly?
GS: Jelly's helping Yarn and the rest of Class 2 sell lemon squares. But I'll ask.
YYB: oh ok
GS: wait. You were at the party until the arcade closed yesterday. When did u get a cast?
Yo yo Ball has left the meeting.

Glowstick took a deep breath as he sat down and continued unpacking. Yet, he found time to sketch. Raisin was very interested and asked Glowstick if he wanted to sell them. Glowstick said yes, because it could help him move on.

YO YO BALL

I woke up at 5 to only find Glowstick text me after he left to catch Oodle's bus and because he was in a rush, Glowstick didn't have time to say goodbye.

Two hours later, I hid my cast from Rocky while he waited for me. "Hey bro." I said. Rocky then pointed me to a car. Driving the car was Paintbrush, Fan, Test Tube and Lightbulb in the back.
This was going to be difficult.
Me and Rocky went into the backseat so that was lucky, but Test Tube couldn't stop with the queries, so I couldn't stay hidden. Luckily she didn't see the cast.

At school, I told Rocky that I was going to catch up with him later in the middle of lunch. As I went to look for the nearest lavatory available, I found someone crying. I heard Leafy all by herself in the bench. Nobody seemed to notice.
I went over to Leafy. "Leafy, you look down. What's up?" I asked. Leafy looked at me. This was too risky. Questions started to cloud me. What if Leafy found out about my cast? What if she asks how I got it? Or worse, what if Leafy gets Sus and starts interrogating me. I felt like I was going to glitch out and I began to panic. "YO YO BALL! WERE YOU EVEN LISTENING?" Leafy yelled at me. I wanted to say something, but I forgot why I came here in the first place. Leafy groaned. "Yo Yo Ball I said that last year, Firey won the Dream Island medal and I only took it because Firey broke up with me just because he didn't like his Ferris wheel. Now he hates me and so do all my friends." "I don't hate you!" I said. "Yeah not you, Rocky or Woody but like a majority of the school!" Leafy said. "I... can relate." I said. "Yeah." Leafy said. That's when I lost control of my lips and said stuff I should've kept my mouth shut. "Yeah... personal stuff. I lost ... Glowstick." "YO YO BALL! YOU DIDNT LOSE HIM! I HEARD YOU GUYS TALKING ON THE PHONE IN THE HALLWAYS!!" Leafy said, annoyed. "Wow." a voice said. We turned around to see Eggy. "EGGY WAIT!" Leafy said, desperately. "I can't believe you Leafy!" Eggy said. "Yo Yo Ball, you can hang out wi- wait what's that?" I looked at my cast, revealed a little. Oh shit. "Um... gotta go! SORRY!" I grabbed my bag and ran.

As I opened the door, I felt water fall on me. Luckily, it didn't get on the cast but I did get wet. I found my friend Whoopie Cushion on the floor, laughing on the ground. "WHOOPIE CUSHION!!" I saw Toothpick run over to him. "YO YO BALL I AM SO SORRY!" "No. No no no. It's it's is. ITS ALDHEJRHRRH ALRIGHT! DW!" I said trying to play it cool as I hid my cast in my pockets. Toothpick looked at me weird. "Ok..." Toothpick looked at Whoopie Cushion who had already left. "You sure you're okay with being friends with him?" Toothpick asked. "Yeah." I said. "Okay." Toothpick said, walking away. I then bump into two people: Lyre and Envelope.
"That Whoopie Dumb@$$ isn't funny Yo Yo Ball. Get a clue." Envelope said to me. "But... he's my friend..." I said. "Then explain this..." Envelope slowly walks towards me and I get the hint. I slowly back away but he grabs my arm and reveals the cast.
Oh sh!t.
"OH MY! YO YO BALL! WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO YOU?" Lyre asks so shocked.
"I fell. That's it." I said. "Yo Yo Ball we want the truth." Envelope says. "Well um..." "UGH! Let's ask Nabla or Alef maybe th..." "I DIDNT TELL THEM!" I yelled. Louder than Envelope. It left an echo. Oodle walked up to me and handed me a Glowstick plush he's been selling. "Yo Yo Ball, let's use our inside voices. Got it?" Oodle asked trying to be nice. "Y yeah..." I said. Oodle left. "Yo Yo Ball after you're done, clean up this mess." Announcer said as we passed. Crayon Box did the same thing, Red handing me, Envelope and Lyre brooms. "Try not to get that cast wet." Yellow said, walking by, making feel more embarrassed than before.
Then Alef came.
I quickly hid my cast.
"Tell me what?" he asked.
"NOTHING!" I yelled. "Uh er sorry, I mean n nothing." Alef looks at me weird. "Ok then." He then walks away. I quickly get away before Lyre and Envelope could interrogate me. "WE'RE NOT DONE!" Envelope yelled, looking annoyed.

I look at Glowstick. Or the plush version of him. "Just because Nabla and Alef are older than me, doesn't mean I can't look out for myself right? I mean like, I haven't needed their help before. Plus they... are the only family I... have left now. Well Alef and his BF, Frisbee and Ketchup mostly." I sit down and look at Glowstick plush's eyes.  They were telling me to tell him what was wrong. "Well... um back when I was 5, I doodled on Nabla's chalkboard and she found out yesterday. She chased me around the school and during one of my escapes, I bought myself some time and locked her in the bathroom. I know it sounds cold but Nabla would've done the same to Alef."
"Uh who are you talking to?"
I looked up.
"Oh hey Black Hole, I was just venting to this Glowstick plush Oodle gave me." I said. "Um. Cool." Black Hole said simply. "Oh and um
Yo Yo ball, your friend Pear? The one from class 5. Well um he got suspended for throwing hate at the school. I heard he went with Glowstick to work with Raisin."
"Oh Glowstick didn't um say that." I admitted. "Oh well... I'm sorry he left. U could ask Glowstick for his number though." Black Hole said. "Sure." I said. Black Hole walked away.
