Hi guys!

So I know this will be similar to my other story, so I will get right to the chase, I know it's confusing, and if you have questions message me or comment below and I will try to post a bit more tidbit facts on the next chapter. As far as this one goes, I hope you like it, because it's the introduction to the theory of Vampires.

Also I am in desperate need of a good cover! If you know anyone or are willing to challenge yourself then please by all means. As well as an editor, because my stories are not edited at all... and that's partially why it's hard to understand.  Lots of errors I know, but I hope to make it more interesting by putting pictures of the characters up soon. ^^

It was a chilly night in late April just after the harsh storm that passed, me and my friends were at a party that our ‘covenant’ held often times than none. As I stood at the end of the table sipping red velvet wine with my mortal friends chatting up a storm about how Jeffery the insanely attractive pureblood came up to Holly in the hallway and proposed they go out for wine some time. By now our race has dwindled and we have barely made it up stream from Sparta and Athens the now less powerful Greek city states. Now we have taken positions as the wealthy patriarchs of the Roman society and surprisingly me and my brother have gotten into the covenants trust and movements very well. For to be a pureblood that lives forever you needed to adapt to rapid changes.

“Ah there you are!” said a booming young British males voice from behind me. I turned to see Soliac and the rest of the gang come up behind him, but couldn’t help to notice that Soliac was rather dressed nicely for tonight. Not that he never dressed nicely, but for this occasion he was especially handsome with his white hair pulled back finely into a tight low ponytail in the back with a black ribbon to accent his red and black toga. I also couldn’t help but notice him eyeing me from head to toe at my green and gold toga that he had picked out for me the night before, and that showed a little too much skin. Soliac and I have been on and off throughout the years and we finally made it back together.

“Yes here I am” I gestured in a timely matter and waved to the other three sulking behind him, “Hello cherries”.

“Cherries?!” the twins perked up in a teasingly confused and all too knowingly manner, “That’s not very nice” Thorvald said in his thick slow accent that he still couldn’t perfect for the Roman age.

Kissing Soliac on the cheek I moved to Thorvald and patted his arm nicely before giving him a kiss on the cheek, “Do forgive me?” I said in my thick Spanish accent, and immediately the big lug nodded his head in a bashful manner. To which the Spanish accent was now something I was accustomed to.

“What about me?! I’m his twin it’s like wiping the cheek of an ass and not getting the other cheek!” Rangar whined with the same accent but quicker, and a much higher pitched voice than Thorvald. So with a roll to my eyes I went to give Rangar a kiss but was rewarded with a hand in my face to stop me.

Looking down towards Soliacs grim face I let his hand cup my cheek in a gentle manner before he grabbed a lock of my curled black hair and twirled it in between his thin long fingers.

“I think we best be leaving” Heather said in her thick roman accent and said her goodbyes along with the others as I noticed their sly faces of the gossip they will tell as they walked out the door. That’s when Thorvald and Rangar went after them along with Ellisedd and somehow my brother Alexandro  both went after the fleeing females.

“Leave them be” I heard Soliacs voice get deeper and looked into his crimson eyes with his hand still entangled within my hair.

“They will be safe?” I asked, knowing all to well at the games my pureblooded ‘brothers’ played with mortals.
