Harry pov:
The murderer was Cedric Diggory, or the fake Smiler. I called Draco and he answered quickly. "Hello?" He asked. "I found the imposter of the 'Smiler' can you please come down here?" I informed Draco and he paused for a second. "Ok, I'll be there in a second." I said ok and he hung up after we said our goodbyes. A few minutes later and Draco showed up. "So who's this copy cat?" Was the first thing he asked I handed him the file and evidence. "He's alive?"

I started laughing at his first question. "Haha, yes, I was also shocked. I thought I saw him you know, die. Guess not." He nodded and continued looking through the files while I turned around to get my coat. "Idiot." I heard him mumble so I turned around quickly. "Did you just call me an idiot?" I said snapping at him. "No-I said cute! I swear I didn't." I laughed a little and put on my coat. "Come on, let's go arrest him. We'll talk about this later." I said trying to calm him down.

"Right then." He said closing the files and starting to walk towards the doors with me walking behind him in a rush. "Wait up-" I said trying to catch up to Malfoy. He abruptly stopped at the door and I bumped into his broad back, hitting my head. "Idiot, don't rush up behind me like that." He said with a sly smirk on his face. He patted my head, softly, then ruffled my hair for it to be left in an unkept manner. Well more than it already was.

He removes his hand from my head and turns around again, he opened the door and put his hand towards it. "Ladies first." Draco said with a wink. (A/N:Malfoy was getting to long to type.) I promptly tagged along with him, mostly because, I had to.

"Will you do the honours, Harry, and knock on the door." I sucked in a sharp breath of air, and knocked on the front door of his complex. "Hello? Oh Harry, what a nice surprise! And Malfoy, hello." I looked back at Draco and he looked annoyed and offended by him. Its like he was communicating with Diggory with his eyes. "We're here to arrest you, for the murder of Luna Lovegood. Anything you say can and will be used against you." Draco spoke boldly, immediately Cedric retaliated.

"What proof do you have?!" I pulled out a folder of the proof but Draco snatched it out of my hand and shoved it into Cedric's hands. "Here you go. Also didn't you supposedly die a few years ago? What's up with that?" Fear struck Cedric's face. "I..."
