I know it's kinda been years since I've written this, I decided I'm going to rewrite it since it cringe. I'm going to change some parts of the plot and also NOT MAKE THE STORY GO TOO FAST. So yeah, this has changed. Now let me tell you the plot.
Everything's changed for our Captain Hydra girl, she is named Charlie instead of Chen now, she is still a girl in France, she also doesn't fall off the Eiffel Tower, she instead falls into the water and nearly drowns since she doesn't know how to swim. (Some of this may be mentioned in flashbacks, but it will not appear as the beginning of the story.)
Charlie had gotten used to the life she lived under Hydra. She became far more obedient to Hydra which makes her different compared to Bucky, she also had been erased of her memories in the past, but Hydra had since stop that due to how it damaged her brain. Hydra began trying to find ways to fix this problem, but no matter what it seemed to get worse, until they found this black substance that they decided to inject into her. (Worst decision they could've ever made.) the substance seemed to have made her much better and very obedient to them, however she had more violent ways to get rid of their enemies.
When Charlie eventually meets Bucky, she kinda just sees him as another asset, she was set to train him, but Hydra remembered how brutal she is and decided against it. She begins to realise she's soulmates with him and decided to meet him in secret. We'll leave out what happened during that time, but Bucky made a promise that he'd be there for her. (Though that's going to be a major problem now)
