Taehyung doesn't know what he was hearing as hot water left from his almond eyes, Jungkook was holding him tightly stopping him from falling on the ground, he just want this moment to be a nightmare----

"Tae, Baby--" Jungkook softly patted Taehyung cheeks bringing the boy back a sob left from Taehyung as he clinged tightly on to Jungkook's shoulder who hugged him tightly shushing him

It's not an everyday for someone to hear that their favourite person is going to die in days and that turned out to be Taehyung's Grandpa.

Kim's thought that it was right the time for the boy's to know about their grandpa health condition so they decided to tell Taehyung and Jimin the truth so they called both Taehyung and Jimin along with Jungkook and Yoongi. It took days for them to adjust to this reality and they want the boys to pull themselves together and adopt the truth instead of throwing them into the sorrow directly

Jimin is no good, he was in Yoongi's embrace who was combin his hair trying to calm the boy while he himself was holding it, Grandpa Kim means a lot to them--- since their childhood it was him who understood them alot than their parents---- they both used to go to Daegu in their holidays only to spend time with Grandpa Kim who always cherished the boys alot

"T-tell me I-it's not t-truth" Taehyung asked in the middle of his cries, the elders heart broke seeing the Younger's, "I wish it was a nightmare Tae, just like you" Seo Joon mumbled with heavy heart as his eyes getting blurred patting his son's head who was in Jungkook's embrace which made Taehyung cry more

"H-he is brought to your h-hospital, we admitted him this morning as soon as we got call from Daegu that he fainted while watering flowers" Min Young informed wiping her own tear sniffing, "t-this c-can't be t-true" Jimin hiccuped clutching Yoongi tightly, Jungkook heart ached seeing the family he might not have met Grandpa Kim but he knows a lot about the Man from his father and he can understand the family

Taehyung was now covered in sheets while Jungkook was preparing dinner for them, they both took leave from the hospital, he was staring blankly at the wall with tear stained face, it took a lot of effort for everyone to convince Taehyung who was determined to find to another way of saving Grandpa Kim's life

It's still hard for him to believe it----- "baby" Jungkook called Taehyung slightly opening the door but got no response, he sighed made his way to the bed and crouched down facing Taehyung, "we will go meet him tomorrow love but for that you have to eat something, you can't go there like this you know Grandpa doesn't like it" Jungkook softly said brushing his fingers on boys cheeks, "I d-don't want to e-eat" Taehyung snuggled into the blanket making Jungkook sigh, "I know baby but eat a little please he doens't want you to starve you know right" Jungkook softly said again picking the boy in his arms removing the blanket who snuggled into his chest immediately locking his hands around Jungkook's neck

After feeding Taehyung with much effort Jungkook took Taehyung to Yo Na to distract him which surprisingly worked the boy was atleast distracted for now, Jungkook was so worried at Taehyung's state but now he was a bit relieved

As the sun made its way up in the east, both Jungkook and Taehyung got ready to meet grandpa Kim, Jungkook already called Hoseok who was currently looking into Grandpa Kim case--- Hoseok already informed him that grandpa Kim might have not much time and can't predict his demise it maybe any minute or second

Jungkook was worried about Taehyung what if he gets to witness his Grandpa's death when he met him today ? It will broke the boy a lot, Taehyung haven't slept all night after coming back from Yo Na he was worried about Taehyung health

Even right now Taehyung didn't ate much, just enough for him to be stable----

"G-grandpa" Taehyung voice cracked as he called the man on the hospital bed wires around with a monitors on one side, "Tae" Grandpa Kim flashed a small smile which brought tears in Taehyung swollen red eyes

"Shhh don't cry baby" Taehyung cried more hearing his grandpa's voice , "I am alright Tae, please don't cry I can't see you cry if you don't stop I might also end in a competition with you" "how c-can Y-You make fun in this time too" Taehyung sniffles glaring at his grandpa making the man chuckle "you know you and Jimin are such a cry babies, he came to visit me this morning and cried a river" "we love you" "I know Tae that's why I want you to move on from me fastly I am not going to be happy to see like this, do you understand Taehyung" Taehyung nodded his head like an obedient boy

"Jungkook is a good man you know,  don't lose him, let him into your life, let him take care of you, okay?" Taehyung nodded again, "don't worry I will be watching you everyday from the heaven" Grandpa chuckled "it's not fun" Taehyung glared, his grandpa is still finding fun in this situation, "are you tired ?" Taehyung asked as he saw his grandpa closing his eyes, "yeah a little call Jungkook for me I want to talk to him" "don't you want to talk to me?" Taehyung pouted although he knows his grandpa is joking, "alot but I am tired and I want a quick talk with Jungkook "

Jungkook entered the room after Taehyung informed him, he sent the younger to Jimin who took him back to their home-----

"I heard alot about you from Hyungsik, Seo Joon and Soo Hyun" Jungkook heard Grandpa Kim, "it's nice to meet you Mr. Kim, though the circumstances are different I hoped to meet you a long back but not like this" Jungkook bowed sitting on chair beside the bed when Grandpa signed him too, "I know boy, I wanted to meet you because I want you to promise me that you will take care of my Taebear, that you won't hurt him, that you won't leave him and that you will cherish him, love him and show him the world that he missed since his childhood" Jungkook was happy that grandpa Kim trusts him with his grandson "I promise Mr. Kim and I won't let you down" Jungkook promised and he knows he's going to keep it

After hearing Jungkook grandpa Kim sighed in relief, "You are a great man Jungkook and I really hoped to meet you soon talk to you but not like this, my body has become weak and now I am tired" seeing Grandpa Kim closing his eyes "sleep Mr. Kim" Jungkook whispered before he came out
