Daphne POV
"Now, care to tell me why you placed a smoke bomb inside the girl's room?" Lopez asked, glaring at me.
I didn't say anything as I met his menacing glare. Principal Lopez sighed and readjusted his glasses.
"The more you stay silent, the more trouble you'll be in. This is a serious offence." He said.
"How do you know it WAS me who left that smoke bomb?" I asked.
"Alya said that she saw you place it inside one of the cubicles and leave the girls room as soon as Lila entered. Care to tell me about that?" He answered.
I thought about what I was going to say and replied.
"It was a prank for Lila. I heard what she did to Marinette and wanted to get back at her for it. Causing her friends to turn their backs towards her. So, I left a smoke bomb on the cubicle she was about to use to teach her a lesson."
I waited for Lopez's answer. He sighed and answered.
"Very well. Since it was just a prank, I'll let it slide. Next time, I'll have you suspended. Now, get out of my office." He said.
I left, wiping away the sweat from my brow. Suddenly, I bumped into a large boy scowling at me with malicious intent. He didn't say anything to me and left while his girlfriend scowled at me.
"Guess those two are members of Lila's gang. What a bunch of idiots." I sighed and made my way to my next class.
