I see Can coming out of the tunnel.I rush to catch up with him.
Since the beginning of the race, I find him powerful and competitive.
He's just ahead. He sees me in his rear-view mirror.
Both of us lined up on the road, he rolls down his window and shouts:
-I'm going to win the race
-Are you sure?he brakes to avoid hitting me.
I try with all my might to cut him off but he easily drifts forward to block my path.
"This guy is starting to piss me off...."
The clock is ticking. The finish line is less than a mile away.
I look around and notice a hidden alley behind an isolated building, I can really use it!
I'll take the risk anyway! It's okay, it's going to be close... I can do it and I will do it!
I step on the brake and turn, down the narrow dark alley without leaving a trace.
I can feel that it's tight this race. This alley is getting smaller and smaller.
Let's keep hope, I don't know where it's going but I'll get there...
With a gasp, I'm out of there but the main thing is that I'm one step ahead of Can.
I cross the finish line first. Can is behind me by a millimeter....
I step on the brake and turn, skidding sideways to a perfect stop.
I can't believe it!
it was so much fun....
The crowd cheers loudly and starts to approach me...
I see Cans pull up and do my perfect stop.
I get out of the cars and everyone gives me a big hug...
Can stops and gets out.
The crowd separates and falls silent for a moment, revealing Caram, his cold eyes on me.
"Are they all so afraid of him?"
Furious approaches his son and Can speaks first:-Dad, I'll take the punishment you give me...he approaches Can....-you give her my car .... you have to have a lot of courage ...she wins and you lose ....he stops and turns violently:- you!!!
he points his finger at me ....I take a deep breath and block my breathing:
- you won, you earned your place and apology accepted.
he takes my shoulder and says these words:
-I have a proposition for you, if you work for me?
I'm looking at it with my mouth open because I'm not expecting this revelation!he continues:
-I give you two days to think about it, girl?
he smiles at me and it's the first time I see him looking like this!he advances towards the crowd and announces:
-Why don't we celebrate this moment together?
the crowd applauds and the party begins.
he turns to his car and says :
- Can, take your friend and we'll go home.
