EARTH-19. A breach opened up on the second floor of the Collectors Agency HQ and Cisco and Gypsy walked out from it. The breach closed behind them as they walked over to the railing, looking down at the first floor. "I'm really gonna do this," he quietly said and Gypsy looked back at him.
"You treat me...like I am the only woman in the multiverse, and I want more. What is wrong with me?" Gypsy asked and Cisco looked at her, "I don't know what's wrong with me," he reached over, placing a hand on hers as she choked up on tears, "I'm sorry."
"Nothing's wrong. Nothing at all," Cisco whispered and she looked at him again.
"I guess, maybe sometimes, one plus one just equals two, you know? What are you gonna do?" Gypsy said and they both softly chuckled, though they were slowly loosing it. She then turned towards him, opening up a breach for him behind him.
He slowly turned to her, a tear dropping down his face. He nodded softly before turning towards the breach, but Gypsy reached out for him, "Wait," she turned him around, placing a longing and heartbreaking kiss on his lips before hugging him. He held her tight, like his world will fall apart if he let go while she cried into his shoulder.
They faced each other again, and she cupped his face, taking him in for the last time, placing another kiss on his lips.
"Good-bye, Cynthia."
"Bye, Cisco."
Tears soaring down his face, Cisco turned from her, stepping into the breach, and it closed, leaving Gypsy to herself.
EARTH-1
Later that day, Joe and Cecile walked into Kara and Barry's Apartment where pink balloons were everywhere, decorations, gifts, cake, candy, food, and of course: family.
Kara, Barry, Caitlin, Cisco, Mon-El, Iris, and Ruby all stood in the middle of the Apartment, yelling out: "SURPRISE!"
"What is this?" Cecile asked, a huge smile on her face.
"It's your baby shower, baby!" Joe happily exclaimed.
"This is why you were singing The Girl From Ipanema in your head all day," Cecile said before Caitlin walked up to her.
"He and Iris have been planning this for days," she said as the two hugged.
"Oh, this is so sweet!" Cecile happily said as she and Iris hugged. Then she and Barry, before she and Kara.
"I feel really guilty pulling everyone away at a time like this," Joe said.
"It's the perfect time to celebrate," Barry said as Kara smiled at the two, "Surrounded by family," the father and son then hugged.
"You guys!" Cecile smiled, "This baby is gonna be so loved," she then turned to Joe, who leaned down and kissed her.
Mon-El softly smiled before looking over at Iris, who was looking at Joe and Cecile. But off to the side, Mon-El saw Cisco frowning.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."
Cisco walked off, sitting by the bay window, and Mon-El looked at Ruby for a moment, "I will be right back, okay?" He said and she nodded before he walked off over to Cisco, "Hey...are you okay?" And Cisco slowly looked up at him.
"Not really, no," Cisco said and Mon-El nodded.
"Do you want some space, or—"
"Actually, I got plenty of that right now," Cisco said and Mon-El sighed before sitting down next to him.
"I'm sorry Barry pushed you two," Mon said, "I think you both did the right thing, though."
"Then why does it hurt so much?" Cisco asked and Mon-El frowned. He glanced over to Iris, seeing her and Ruby talk, a huge smile on both of their faces, before he pulled his eyes away, placing a comforting hand on Cisco's back.
Over by the kitchen, Caitlin was placing a lot of goods onto a plate to eat when Kara walked over to her, "Caitlin," she said and Caitlin looked at her, "Look...I know you want Frost back, but I don't think you should do that again. You could have gotten yourself killed, and I couldn't have saved you."
"I have to get her back," Caitlin said.
"We will. I promise," Kara assured.
"No," Caitlin said and Kara stared at her surprised, "I will," she then walked past Kara, with her plate of food as Kara stiffened up.

That night, a knock was at the door of the apartment. Cecile opened the door to find a green-eyed, brunette girl, her hair in loosened pigtail braids. Her eyes lit up upon seeing Cecile, like she already knew her, "Special delivery!" And Cecile smiled as the girl's rosey cheeks glowed when she smiled as well, "Wow! You're super pregnant! Looks like you're due above twenty-one days from tonight, I'd say—" but from Cecile's confused expression, the girl's happy expression quickly dropped into a panicked one, "I-I mean, if I were guessing."
"Sweetheart, who is it?"
Cecile looked back to see Joe had walked up to them, "Uh, someone set us a diaper bag," Cecile said as the delivery girl handed the bag to her. Cecile handed it to Joe as the delivery girl smiled.
"It looks like it's a gift from someone who wanted you both to know how special you are," she said and the two looked back at her, "Someone who understands that time is precious and right now is all we've got."
"Aww."
"Relatively speaking," the girl muttered.
"Dad?" The three turned to find Iris and Kara walking up to them confused, but at the sight of them both, the delivery girl's expression dropped.
"Hey, look what we got," Joe said, showing the two the diaper bag.
"Oh! Who sent it? Wally?" Kara asked.
"Wally already sent us a bassinet, which apparently was owned by Moses," Joe said and the two looked at him surprised, he then turned back to the delivery girl, "Was there a note—" but she was gone.
"Who was it?" Kara asked, walking up to the door.
"Some delivery girl," Joe said as Kara stepped out into the hallway to see if she'd find her. But to avail. So she shrugged her shoulders, walking back into the apartment, closing the door behind her.
But at the end of the hall, hiding behind a wall, the delivery girl stood, an annoyed look on her. But at the same time, a rushed look. Like she had saw a person she's known her whole life for the first time. She pulled herself together before light blue and yellow lightning trailed off of her as she speed off.
